Romance? Ahahahahaha

Oh, right...
*ahem*
I hang out on an internet forum. Romance is dead in my life.

The most romantic day of my life? When after a year of meaning nothing but an utter jerk to her; my lady forgave me for my transgressions and agreed to stay with me for the rest of my life. Because it showed her love for me was stronger than my wrongs, and that my love for her surpassed my wrongs. To this day I have not repeated any action of "the Year of Crap"

One morning I sat for hours watching this girl sleep. She was beautiful and as I stared at her deep brunette hair I couldn't help but feel a deep connection...Then she woke up, saw me staring through the window and started screaming.
Funniest thing I have read all week. Thanks for the laugh dude.

I was having sex with my ex-girlfriend and I kept thinking, "Man, I wish this was Jessica Alba under me." It was very romantic for Jessica and I.
Im sure it was very romantic for the two of you =P

Does tripping into a girls bosom count?

Yes, I tripped.
I'm demisexual, damn it!

EDIT: To clarify, that's about as close as I've ever gotten "romantic" with a girl without me bursting into laughter.

And I know it's bad to blend "sexual" with "romantic", but shut up.
Kudos on a well aimed trip, Im sure you earned it ^_^

Well.. In my short life.. This dates back to when I was 14 and I was in a field where me and my best friends, guys and gals regularly went to. Fairly nice place, lots of trees and shrubbery, and I was playing football (soccer to a few of you) when I realised one of the girls I really liked was leaving, but however she was going on holiday for a few weeks. Around then I learned she likes me as well, so as I hugged her goodbye, my friends where silently urging me to ask her out, but I was too chickenshit to do it. She started to walk away, and I sauntered over to my mate and asked "I should of asked her out, shouldn't I,"
He said "Yep, but when she gets back, do it then.." he didn't sound too proud. So I asked him
"Where is she?"
"She's leaving, duh, she's right over there walking down the road,"
"Okay, be right back," and I just ran as fast as I could, nearly got ran over in the process, as my friends willing me on peering over the bush behind me, and out of breath I shouted "Amy! Amy!" she turned around, "Amy*pant* I was wondering*pant* that you would ya know*pant* consider going out with me?" and she just blushed and said,
"oh okay," gave her a big hug and kissed her. To this day were still together, still going strong, but I know it's pretty lame.
Thats a nice story dude, Im glad it worked out so well for you.

I've had a lot of romantic moments in my life, mostly the moment when I realize that the guy I'm into likes me, or when he finally asks me out, but the one that comes up first is my fourth boyfriend who once made this really cool thing on Valentine that involved some poem of sorts, fireworks and 199 balloons at the beach. Then we went on and kissed for several minutes. That is the same guy I later caught cheating on me. Kinda bittersweet.
Sounds like a beautiful day on the beach, its just too bad he turned out to be a douche =/

Not entirely true, its just hiding out 'til Hugh Grant moves on so it can take back its rightful place.

Very few people who frequent this site have actually had romantic moments. Most of those that did, lack the capacity to express their message. Most of those that can, don't want to post in the same space as:
"I was having sex with my ex-girlfriend and I kept thinking, "Man, I wish this was Jessica Alba under me." It was very romantic for Jessica and I."

Have a good day.

Do S. Links in Persona games count? Because that's the closet thing to romantic in my life.

You're not alone, my friend.

An almost romantic story - A girl who I was dating, and deeply cared about, and I were on a hilltop overlooking a stream and some fields once, though, and we were about to kiss, when she pulled back and whispered, "Alex, I don't think I care about you as much as I thought I did". Then she left. I sat on that hilltop for another hour or so, just staring across the landscape, before I finally packed up and went home. It was not a good day.

I think it's more like, nerds tend to wait until a little later than social butterflies, and the proportion of people 14-17-ish is probably a lot higher than in life in general.

My most romantic moment... For quite a long time, there was a boy who was crazy in love with me. I didn't really see us together in the long run, but he was a nice boy, so I gave him a chance and we dated a while. As we dated, I grew to like him more, but I still thought, "Well, it's not really love, is it?" One partly-cloudy day, we were walking to the library and we stopped to hang out in the playground just beside it. Usually, our conversations are just fun arguments or little contests, because we're very competitive with each other, but for some reason, I asked him why he loved me. He sat down in a swing and poured his heart out to me, just as the sun came out behind him, making his skin glow. I was speechless.

"Now, what are you thinking?"

I was too scared to say "I love you," because I didn't want to be unsure and then change my mind and break his heart, but it was the first time I considered that I might actually love him.

<3 Then I sat over him on the swing and we kissed for a long time. It's a young relationship, but we're still together and very happy. :D

Thats brutally cold, I feel for you dude. Some girls can be ruthless like that i guess, they seem to forget that guys have feelings too =/

Thats pretty cool. Its nice to be wrong about a persons motives and to feel a strong tie to them which grows as your confidence and surity does. Kudos.

I was lying in bed with my girlfriend and we just lay there. Not speaking, not moving, just lying there cuddling. Best moment so far... which kinda says something. But I'm 16 so what do I care? Anyway, about a week later I finish her like the asshole I am and she became a bad memory.

I lost a girl I was totally in love with last December and even now I still havent fully recovered so I understand how much this must suck for you right now. Oddly enough I discovered eating oranges and blueberries actually helps your mood. Odd but it works.

Probably talking with a girl that I like, over the phone during a huge epic lighting storm into the wee hours of the morning. Nothing ever happened between us, but it was the most amazingly romantic feeling I've had possibly ever, even though I've had way more "romantic" moments (from an objective standpoint.)
Turns out that the girl didn't consider it a romantic moment, which has kind of resulted in me giving up on romantic relationships. Now we're just real good friends. For some reason I consider that a better outcome than us living together happily ever after. Weird.

I just finished eating half a watermelon, and I'm actually feeling better, so I have no doubt that you're correct. Hooray for my supersonic metabolism, eh?
