The Stanley Parable. This game accomplishes what it sets out to do so well it's amazing. The only flaw I can come up with for it is that it's not longer, and that just keeps it from getting stale.
The narrator is amazing and is never a chore to listen to; the atmosphere is fantastic and engenders a sense of isolation and surrealism that contrast fantastically with the mundanity of the office environment; and every decision that is presented offers more variety of content than pretty much any other game I have played.
I'm actually surprised that this game hasn't been mentioned yet, I would compare the tight succinct perfection of The Stanley Parable to that of Portal.
