Braid. I was completely amazed at the time manipulation.
Portal. When I first played it I was amazed at the physic.

I was spectacularly amazed at the end where first Wheatly booby traps the button(pretty clever for him) and then when I saw the moon above and realised what I was supposed to do I literally gasped with amazement.
Also the end to Arkham City.
I never thought they'd actually go through with it ad kill Joker. Also it was surprisingly moving
