Most tear-jerking moment you've ever had from something like a TV Show, Game, etc.

The end to Finding Neverland
Million Dollar Baby (although I think a lot of people cried at that one)

Several dozen, far too many for me to list, so here's some key moments from various media

Manga: Wolfwood's death in Trigun
TV: Multiple moments in Friends, but probably Chandler's proposal to Monica
Film: Ooh boy, Moulin Rouge, Wall*E
Western Animation: Most Disney films ever
Books: Dumbledore's death
Comic Books: Actually, nothing much, maybe some moments in The Ballad of Halo Jones
Anime: Elfen Lied got some tears, and I suspect Noir will by the time I'm finished with it
Video-games: Mass Effect and ME2, FFVII, VIII and IX
Music: I guess quite a bit of classical music given the right circumstances, but certain songs like Ooh La La gewt me teary eyed.

I cry easily, which is why I don't watch things with other people. Or listen to things, or read things, or in fact do anything with other people.
What was sad about Mass Effect? Not trying to be rude, I just don't recall any sad parts.

No form of media has ever made me cry and probably ever will. I've also never met a man who has cried because of a movie, game, etc. I got close (i.e blinking a lot and breathing deeper) once at the end of Final Fantasy VII:Crisis Core when Zack dies and Aeris finally gets all his letters.

Its funny how I've played pretty much every game I've heard of that is supposed to have a good story for the 360, Wii, PC, DS, PSP, GameCube, SNES, and much more but nothing has had a story as good as Crisis Core's IMO.
Ok dude, you're allowed to say that again after watching Clannad and Clannad: After Story.
People say that about everything that make them cry. Blah blah blah, watch the end of Marley & Me, watch Old Yeller, etc...

The opening of Up.

Everyone I know cried. I barely ever cry, and I cried.
Have you seen Toy Story 3 yet? Toy Story 3 will hit you in the kneecaps with a big lead nostalgia stick. I didn't cry at the beginning of Up, but Toy Story 3 hit me hard.

From the movie Click, when Adam Sandler was bed-ridden, near death after his heart attack, was trying to save his son from making the same mistakes he did in his life, putting work before family. When he ran out of the hospital and fell down just a few feet from his son's car, catching them in time and shouting his name and they all gathered around him. Everything after that, I was crying as much as it was raining in the scene. It was so unexpected for my whole family when we watched it for the first time, we thought it was all a comedy movie, everybody was crying during that scene. I love that movie for not being just a comedy.

Furby, you've summed it up perfectly.

Except i didnt cry, Although i did well up.

I didnt think the film ever recovered from the sadness of the start.

Scene that made my wife cry was True Blood season 2 with Godrick and Eric.

As for me,
The ending of Green Mile, Brave Heart, and Dragon Heart.

Watched the anime for Elfin Leid, left me wondering about the ending.

Read the manga, got to the end and it was dragged out for so long it was horrible. Only the very last bit that took place years later made me feel a little bit better about it.

The episode from the first series of Pokemon where Ash almost parts ways with Pikachu after running into a wild herd(?) of Pikachu. I was genuinely upset, though I was pleased that all ended well.

Like I said, don't mock me; I was only about 6.

Even the music from that episode still moves me to this day.

The episode of Futurama which dealt with his dog in the past. I cant' watch that episode, I literally can't.
Agreed. No other TV show, game, movie, or song has quite broken me down like that episode did.

Except possibly this poster.

Well maybe I just connect with anime characters more than human beings but...

I don't know about all those movies or whatever, but pretty much the whole premise of that show is building up connections with the characters and getting you to sympathise with them, and then crushing you by killing them off. It's apparently a motif in key works.

It's almost sadistic really.
