World of Warcraft. 9,600 hours spent inside that game.

I...uh....dont know what to say....except for HOLY SHIT, LETS SEE ANYONE BEAT THAT.

Sad thing is I knew several people in that game who had me beat. One guy in particular had probably double my time on his main, yet he was always the last person to level up. He would spend twelve hours a day just standing in Orgrimmar talking to everyone and selling his wares. His gold could easily rival any farmer.

Personally, I never could just stand around. I always had to be doing something, raiding or at least questing. That's why I had so many characters.

WoW, followed by Dawn of War: Dark Crusade. Completed every campaign on hard in that game. Fucking good game for sure.

Used to be Morrowind for single player, Unreal Tournament 2k4 for MP, 'till I started playing Guild Wars.

A quick in-game /age check reveals my playing time to be a whopping 5692 hours and 8 minutes over the past 45 months. Though you could easily subtract a few hundred from my idling, actually. Hardly play it anymore nowadays, 'cept some occasional Random Arena's, Hero Battles, Alliance Battles and Fort Aspenwood...

really close to 220 in final fantasy 7 and about 205 in FF8. now i know where all that time went in FF7. but in 8 i have no clue. i think i was just dicking around. I know at one point i was just looking for fights in FF8

Thinking about it my worst ones are probably WOW, FFX and Disgaea Hour of Darkness.

...i'm not overly proud of that list by I take comfort in knowing Saints Row 2 probably isn't far behind.

140-something hours of FF12. That's when I said, "Screw these side missions," and finished the game in one fell swoop.

I'm inching up to the 100 hour mark with Eternal Sonata, just because I'm doing so much grind. I really like the game, so I don't mind at all.

Either Hardwar or X3: Reunion. They are open-ended games that make you measure time spent on it in days, not hours... not that I did measure, but I certainly spent many days playing it.
I can only expect that X3: Terran Conflict will take even more of my time, but I'm waiting for it to be re-released with the DRM removed before I spend money to buy it.
And if someone ever comes up with a Hardwar 2, I can kiss my social life goodbye...

My first place would go to Baldur's Gate 2. I spent over two years playing only that game. I don't know how that translates into hours, but it's a whole lot.

Ok, so not including WoW (Between main and my alts I didn't delete (woo 4 80s :S), I had ~300 days played (unfortunately this does not include forum browsing time, or it'd be like, +200 days >_>), and games like TF2 (235 hours)
Oblivion and Morrowind were both about 300 hours each
Tales of Symphonia with 200+ (3 run throughs to get x10 exp for the lulz)
If you put the first 2 guitar heroes and rockband together, that's around 30 days

Sadly, although I have a lot of time clocked into WoW, Everquest was my first major timesink. I just logged into my old account to check (I had some free time left from the 'please oh please come back to us' trial) and my main has 400 sodding DAYS of playtime on her.

Thats really, really sad. I dumped more than a year of my life into that game.

...if you don't count MMOs, it's probably the new Fire Emblem for the Wii, which I dumped a good 200 hours into.

At my cousin's house, I turned his friend's DS on and saw 306 HOURS ON A SINGLE POKEMON GAME! he was explaining that he was trying to catch em' all (he had 468 Pokemon at the time) so he can be good when he starts playing Wi-Fi......
