My top games from lowest to highest would be...

Suikoden II: Completed five files, played between 20-30 files due to restarts. Estimating over 750 hours.

Final Fantasy X: Currently about to complete my eighth file and have played 15-20 times due to restarts. I have one file where I unlocked everything save stat maxing and monster capturing (did the MC in two separate files.) I estimate over 1,000 hours. (Last year I finished the game three times)

Lunar Silver Star Story Complete: Completed thirteen files and have over 30 files unfinished by now I imagine as much like Suikoden I restarted often. Lunar has reached a strange tradition as I realized it is the only game I own which I have completed at least once every year, thus I continue the tradition now. I estimate over 1,000 hours as Lunar is not a long game.

NHL 07: I spent literally hours with Dynasty mode, wheeling and dealing, numerous restarts though. The gameplay was quite addictive, evermore so as the series progressed. NHL 07 alone I reached over a 1,000 hours however overall between 07, 08 and 09? We're pushing close to 2,000 easily if not longer. NHL 10 looks to rival that time on its own... it looks amazing.

Halo 2: This game is the death of me and as ridiculous as this may sound, I have spend over (well over) 3,000 hours over the three years from its release to the release of Halo 3. It may even be 4,000 actually. I spend a sickening amount of time addicted to online and literally would play every single day for a month until I finally went to other games. I have even played Halo 2 while tipsy (Got 14 kills or so and 4 deaths) and even while asleep - I kid you not, I had stayed up over 48 hours and was nodding off as I played, yet was able to still shake it off enough to play, although it was mostly entirely sleep play. Got 12-14 kills and only died 3 times.

Total estimation for the series would be 4,000-5,000 hours. Ironically since I abandoned Halo 2 around the year before Halo 3. I have never again been as in love with the series as I was. Further irony is despite my almost disgusting amount of time on it. I more than realized Halo is not a groundbreaking game. As always refused to be a fanboy.
Worked it out, 7 hours per day on Halo 2 for 3 years =O

265 hours of my life wasted on TF2 for the 360. Although that's an approximate I didn't total up them minutes.
Closely followed by the guitar hero franchise with probably around 100 hours all accounted for.

I would say the editor for Operation Flashpoint, and all its many mods, has eaten more gaming hours than anything else. It's dangerous to give me a sandbox like that, then give people the mod/dev tools to model even more really awesome military hardware. I bought the game shortly after it was released and was still pouring hours into it a year ago. When I reinstalled XP, I made an conscious decision not to reinstall OFP until I had played some other games. Otherwise there would always be the temptation to, you know, just fool around, just for a few minutes. Let's see how long an infantry squad can hold a hill against an armored company if they have lots of air support... Okay, cool, but what if you add a belt of AT mines at the foot of the hill? Hmm, maybe if the tanks had support from a helo of their own... Hmm, now let's recast the scenario using Soviet and Finnish units from the FDFMod.
And so it went, for years and years. It's a wonder I found time to play anything else.

Probably 500 hours plus on RuneScape... *hangs head in shame*

Otherwise... 80 hours-ish on Fallout 3, about 150 hours on Pokemon Yellow, and at least 60 on GTA: San Andreas.

Yeah... much as I'd like to deny that it does seem close. Probably a little less however I know it is unbelievably high. Maybe 3-5 hours per day by estimation though as 7 does seem a little high. When you are sixteen, have long since finished High School (I got out early :D), have no job and little to do, especially since I was not a hockey nut or even much for computers initially... yeah, you spend a lot of time on games. Initially I had days where it'd reach over 24 hours of play with little breaks.

I have... no idea how I managed that looking back.

I know that I had somewhere over 200 hours on TF2. Then, like a total putz, I decided to clear my records and start over again. So I'm guessing that the number is pretty close to 300 hours.

I probably spent even more time on Morrowind. With all the mods that I installed, my game was just about broken.

I totally agree!

Also, mine would be Pokemon Diamond, with over 400 hours since I last played it. (Yesterday)

Before WoW, it had to be Diablo 2. I had countless characters, many over level 70, a couple at 99. I played this most every day and especialy on Friday nights with one of my best friends. Usualy once we started, we'd go fo around twenty hours before finally crashing. If I had to guess, I'd say at least a thousand hours played.
Same here, Diablo 2 probably took 700 to 1000 hours of my life over the span of a few years. It was my WoW, I guess. I just wish I had had a friend to play it with, because all of these hours were alone.

Other than that, I'd say Golden Sun 1&2, Pokemon Blue/Silver, Fallout 3 and Halo 3 all ate up a lot of my time. Oblivion will be next when I get a new disc.

On a side note, Fable 2 took up a lot of my time, but it probably just felt like longer because I was a wood chopper for half of the damn game

Final Fantasy XI: 401 Days, 19 Hours, 26 Minutes. I've been playing since the game was released in North America. Plus, I used to play it for six hours a day while at work. But if MMOs don't count, I know I had 85 hours in Final Fantays Tactics, around 50 or 60 hours in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, and I'm nearing 30 hours on Final Fantasy Tactics A2. I think I had 80 hours in Final Fantasy VII, 30+ hours in Final Fantasy VI. 100+ hours in Chrono Trigger.

FF11 (an MMO so no surprise): 200+ days... Yes, that is what it said on the in-game clock after playing for 3 years. Well about 20% at least was due to AFK. :p

Um .. er .. probably close to 400 hours in the original NWN and its various expansions. See, I had this really cool Paladin/Sorcerer/Red Dragon Disciple that, coupled with a whole bunch of +20 armour items and a +20 bastard sword which did additional holy, sonic and fire damage, was pretty much an unstoppable killing machine.

And I wanted that lvl 40 feat :(

And now, BG2 is eating my time again.
