Have you even played the game? If so you'll know that it actually has quite an original story, although to fully understand you need to read up on the whole backstory and play all the games too. It also does something that no other alien-shooting game does, as far as I'm aware, and that's to give the aliens a sense of culture, sentience and basically have them as a proper social group, for lack of a better word. It treats them as people rather than just enemies to kill (notable example, is the detail given in describing the homeworld, culture and society of the Elites, or Sangheili, in Halo: The Cole Protocol).ElTigreSantiago said:
