Hidden and Dangerous

Kids these days don't know what it is like to carry a full PC to a LAN party.

Republic Commando is pretty underrated ah so is Stubbs the Zombie: Rebel Without a Pulse. Earth Defense Force is too.

EV Nova, a superb game that no one seems to have played.
I did. Ohhh, believe me, I did. And I played the hell out of its two predecessors, EV and EV Override. I think I had the most fun w/ EV creating my own ships and weapon mods, but Override and Nova had some fantastic storylines and ships.

And like others have said, Star Wars Republic Commando is underrated. They need to make a followup with a co-op mode.

And finally, the Timesplitters series of games was fantastic. FPS with like a dozen play modes, quirky and fun characters, and lighthearted, over-the-top storylines.
Which story line was your favorite in EV Nova?
The Vell-os storyline. Funny thing is, each time I tried to get the other storylines, I end up falling back on that one, because their glowing blue ships are so awesome and their hyperdrive is the best.

I also liked the Rebel storyline, going up against the mysterious Bureau.

Headhunter by far.
Good call. I haven't heard that title come up in a while. I bought it on a whim years ago and thought it was pretty cool actually.

The Warlords Battlecry Series (it's an RTS) for PC comes to mind. WBC 3 was/is still quite fun. Hope they make a 4th one.

Brutal Legend seems to get a lot of hate. You can't really say it's the game's fault that you were disappointed because you didn't know what freaking genre it was.
I always got the feeling that game got so much hate because it got too much hype. I loved it myself. It did deserve some better ratings.

So did Valkyria Chronicles. I don't usually get too into srpgs but that one made the genre better.

I was walking around a Gamestop recently and I was struck by the sight of:

EAT LEAD: THE RETURN OF MATT HAZARD

the first actually FUN game i have picked up in about 5 years.
the writing is hilarious, the lampooning is amazing, and the OST is FUCKING AWESOME.

I'd say STALKER: Call of Pripyat.
This was a PC exclusive, and most reviewers gave it a bad score because of it didn't had Crysis quality graphics.
I think that most PC reviewers aren't fair.
Not every PC game has to be the next graphics benchmark to be good.
STALKER: Call of Pripyat was a crossover game that mixed FPS,Survival Horror, and some RPG elements providing a unique experience.
It was the first Free Roaming FPS game I played.
I liked it. I found its uniqueness fresh and enjoyable.
It did that 1.5 years ago,and a reviewer (Classic Game Room) said that the game was boring according to him because of having 'Free Roaming' and promoting exploration.
Since when a game is bad for not being linear and letting you to explore around and do the missions whenever you decide ?
That's BULL.
Rage is also going to be like that, and I'm really expecting to see what reviewers will say about it.
While the dude from Classic Game Room said it was boring,I was surprised that most major sites didn't even reviewed that game.
Was it because STALKER is the only exclusive FPS franchise in PCs,and sites don't care about PC gaming ?
Was it because the studio is on a budget and didn't paid them ?
Or maybe because it was made in an ex-soviet union country, and reviewers felt they shouldn't support the work of an ex-communist country ?
I don't know what the true reason is behind that, but STALKER: Call of Pripyat was a very underrated game.
