Me and a friend were playing bad company 2 I was a sniper and he was flying a helicopter so he wanted me to jump out of the helicopter onto the top of the lighthouse so just as I jumped he got hit with an rpg but I missed the ledge and started to fall before I could use my parachute the tail of the helicopter hit me and launched me up and onto the ledge without killing me I was very suprised and also hysterical since I didn't die and he was yelling about how I got him killed.
Another time in an RTS that I can't remember (its a ww2 rated m) but we're playing the germans and he's yelling at me to shoot a v2 rocket at the enemy army to give him time to regroup and counter attack unfortunatly his brother who was playing with us lagged and shot the v2 into his base while mine landed short on his remaining defensive force so we could only watch as his crippled base was finished off by the allies while he was screaming at us for screwing him over we couldn't stop laughing for a long time.

In Assassins Creed 2 there are guys you can kill to decrease your noteriety. They run away when you approach them and you have have to chase them. Sometimes I'm on a mission or just merely shopping and they just run across the street like 'NUUUUUUUH don't kiiilll me' arms flailing and run off up a building.
It's pretty funny.
Funny Momnet from Black OPS - Ground War
Pretty much I put a M60 class with Grip and Extended Mag and as soon as I spawn I would just hold down the trigger and Spray EVERYWHERE. I'd scream out the usual "Get Suuummmm" or "This is Sparta!" But then I just started yelling "I HATE NATURE!!!!" (for some reason) and bare in mind I'm holding the trigger and NOT Lettng go until the ammo reached 000.
It got to the point that the other players and enemy players would run from me and scream back. Then next round about 10 players all had M60's just spraying bullets EVERYWHERE.

I'm thinking my friend had eaten something spoiled beforehand because he was sneaking up on a guard to take him out and right when he went to grab him he threw up all over the dudes back.

Any time Gatherers bug out in Amnesia: the Dark Descent. They just stand there and either spin in circles or just...STARE at you and make grunting noises. Just Cause 2 can also produce...interesting results, especially with mods. Most of which include "Tie relatively light object to heavier fast moving object with unlimited/unbreakable grappling hooks."
EDIT: Also everything the lady gang leader in JC2 says (can't remember her name) is emphasized so...hilariously. "GreeTINGS comb-raid!"

There was one time I was playing STALKER: SoC, modded, and I had a sniper rifle. I was in the starting villiage when the military decides to attack. I marched up to one, shot him in the head from a meter away, and watched him ragdoll-launch himself through a fence, and a wall. Then get stuck partway inside a wall of a nearby house.
Also, there was one time I saw some NPC crouching, shooting the ground at the bottom of a hill. I thought he was trying to shoot someone on the other side of the hill. He then stood up, and kept shooting that same spot.

Halo: Reach, Team Slayer, Hemorrhage. Driving in a Warthog with three guys in only to have my Warthog get blown to near smithereens and land on top of three guys. Several lulz were had that day.
MW2, Search and Destroy on Sub-Base, using a Stealth class. I was the only guy left alive out of the entire team and I had no idea where the other team was. That was until I turned a corner and found the ENTIRE FUCKING ENEMY TEAM right behind a building. I made short work of all of them and had the entire enemy team shout at me.
