Well i'd have to say you're all wrong and heres why.
Sai: Sai is not an offense specific weapon it is mainly disarming blades yes useless against things like Nunchukes and Tanfas but as a side weapon to disarm swords and stuff they'd come in handy
Sword: Well swords can be total ownage if you know how to use it.
Gun: WELL GUNS ARE JUST RIGGED!
Spork: Cuz bruce lee wll own you with these
Shuriken: They are a throwing weapon nobody but a failure uses these as there main weapon.
Tanfas: Tanfas pwn all the way. Get a pair of steel or wooden tanfas train for an hour everyday for a year and you can really mess up even nunchukes
well nunchukes will probably depend on the person.
Throwing knife: Again a projectile.
Nunchukes: In effectiveness nunchukes win but it takes skill to use them.
It all comes down to the user tho... In the end no matter what weapon you're using if you're good enough you can win...

I'm tempted to be a wise guy and say "whichever one you're worst at using", or worse yet, quote The Simpsons ("NUNCHUKS: Cool but Useless"), but I'll be good and answer seriously.

nunchutkus aren't actually martial arts weapons. They're worthless western gimmicks.

Now how do you mean by useless? useless by production? maintaining? actual usage? Any weapon can be effective with the efficient person, even a pencil... Right Heath Led...ger.... ooooh.. too soon?
Nunchucks, if the other person has anything longer than the distance between your fingertip to your elbow it is useless.
THERE'S NO ONE WRONG, ANYONE CAN SAY WHAT WEAPON IS USELESS TO THEM.
But no one can tell absoluteness of their(weapons) uselessnes
There are indeed useless weapons (depending on how you define uselessness)
Useless weapons are:
1. Weapons that are never used in combat, nor as ornamental, never sold, or even buried to rot or rust
2. Used for useless purpose (killing innocent people, bullying bypassers, annihilating families, tribes, nation, species)
3. If used irresponsibly (a trisectional/sansetsukoon staff used by a newbie like me)
Even plastic weapons are useful as toys (StarWars Light Saber)
But seriously, in terms of personal combat, there is no useless weapon.
You may say that a first class Israeli missile is useless against an Ion Canon.
But each weapon are designed for their specific purpose: defense/offense, short/long range, assault/evasion...
Even a trumpet can be used to taunt, or a drum and banner to lower enemy morale in old times.
Even a ballpen can help you to escape from a choking position.
Our logical mind can be a useless weapon when a situation demands quick instinctive reactions.
Constant training will develop your instinct to be a powerful weapon (regardless of the actual physical weapon you use). A shaken/shuriken may even be useful even if not thrown but slashed on vital points at close combat. Even your own vital point can be useful in life-death situation.
Even your tongue can be a weapon (in courtrooms) to defend you freedom.
Use your God-given weapon properly at the right time and situation.
Nothing is far from reality.
But for me the most useful weapon is prayer addressed to a TRUE God.
(And if you don't believe in God, you might try reading Joel Rosenberg's EPICENTER book.
Then listen to all news and compare with the bible and all other ancient prophesy books to verify).
Weapon is for preservation (order, peace, life, status, privelege, etc...)
The greatest weapon is one, which when used will not require any weapon to be used again.
That is, it will make all useful weapons become useless. FOREVER!
