Seriously... why?
so freakin death claws dont attack you!
Aha! Good call buddy, but riddle me this... What about Lead Belly? Who the hell actually drinks the water in the game?! Stimpacks are there for a reason! I didn't eat or drink a damn thing because of rads.
i drink water after every single fight but unless your a tard and drink water out of the toilet instead of sinks, lead belly is very useless

hmm...

All of the Skill increase by 5/10/15 perks in Fallout 3, along with Lead Belly, Party Boy (very rare you get addicted to booze). ALmost Perfect (Putting all stats to 9 sounds good but doesnt really effect much).

The Booze Hound Gene Tonic. Regaining a small eve is worthless once you find the Cure All Tonic, which restores all your eve for 15 dollars (9 if hacked) which is very cheap as money is easy to come across.

Hilarious when "ambushed" by Mercenaries or Enclave and a Death Claw jump them and rape them xD

OT: hmm, I really can't think of anything else that hasn't been mentioned, Solar Powered, Lead Belly, ohohoho that nuclear explosion perk, sure sounds fun to go off with a BOOM, but...point?

There's actually a reload animation for the Chicago Typewriter in Resident Evil 4, which is a complete waste of time, unless you like snazzy poses (and had the PS2 version).

The Ice Arrows in Ocarina of Time took a ton of effort to get (more than any other item except maybe the Biggoron Sword or that stupid bloody cow), and were ultimately completely worthless.

A lot of the guns you can get in Goldeneye are pretty worthless, especially some of the ones you get through cheats. Honestly, what was the point of the Taser or Silver PP7?

<3 Gyrados.
How do you level him up without giving him to that old couple?
You put it out first in every combat, then switch it to a more useful character, so they will share EXP. In later on, this will be more simple using EXP share. *ahem* To topic:

I might be a bit uncreative with using tools and such, but I almost never use scopes and thing that gives you the ability to look far, such as Eagle Eye (hunter in WoW) or the Brass Telescope from Demon's souls.
Sure, it can be fun, but meh... Maybe I havn't gotten to the point where it's useful yet.

I have one that ends the thread.

Cod4 the Eavesdrop perk. This lets you listen in on what the other team is saying through their mics. So no only do you get to hear the 13 year olds on your team calling you a "f*****g noob" but you get to hear it from their team as well.

Every single purchasable item in Mercenaries, with perhaps the exception of attack helicopters was a waste. I need to buy weapons why again, when I can just steal them?

I found that one rank of animal friend was very useful. Its nice not to be swarmed by Yau Gui and sentry bots

Death Claws still do attack you with that perk. It only affects dogs, mole rats, brahmin, and Yao Guai.

By level 10, Yao Guai are no longer a threat, and you can't even take the perk until then. I found it's only useful to make hunting easier - walk right up to a Yao Guai and BAM! It's dead, you can harvest its valuable flesh.

In fire emblem: sacred stones, the sniper class(class with the highest accuracy) had a skill that, when randomly activated, gave you 100% accuracy.

The Rad Recovery Perk in Fallout 3... who plays through the game with radiation sickness just so they have healing limbs?
I would have loved if the game had the ability to become a ghoul if exposed to deadly radiation sickness for extended periods of time.

Dead Silence perk in cod4.

99% of the time you cant hear anything over grenades exploding and people killing each other so why would you need a perk to make your footsteps silent.. Which you can already do by CROUCHING.

Did leveled one whne playing SoulSilver a few months ago. I caught one at lvl 28/29, then stuck him as my main pokemon so he always came out first. Magikarp goes out first, for your first turn change him with someone else. Then kill them. Boom the experience gets split and Marikarp levels without doing anything. Was so happy when I got mine, little did I know though that 2 hours later in the game you catch a red one at level 35.

Are you kidding? Have you ever played Hardcore TDM/Search and Destroy with it, then run around in a Bomb-Squad/UAV-Jammer/Silenced Weapons class knifing enemies and listening to 12/13 year-olds squeal, literally squeal in surprise?

Damn it, I feel like doing that now...

Or better: Become a Super Mutant. Only like Fawkes, not like the other dumbass ones.

There was an abundance of "powered up" weapons in Soul Calibur 2 that were supposed to give you certain perks (improved attack/blockingThrowing etc.). However, most of them had some negative stats as well, and I'd go as far as to say that there were only a handful that were actually useful. Probably the worst was one of Necrids weapons that did practically no damage, increased damage taken and (I think) made blocking weaker. The payoff? Well you did slightly more damage to a blocking opponent. Might have been useful if the increased damage taken didn't allow enemies to two-shot you.

Well, the Solar one and Night time one are useless, as well Lady Killer and Child Inside...honestly, all you need to do is check up on any FAQ that explains how to get "THE BEST 10/10 character" and you'll how see how useless some of them are.
