Beating the game on veteran is a wonderful feeling but beating the extra level and snagging this acheivement is beyond words.

On L4D, I'd most like to get the expert campaigns done. Those are the achievements that are rock hard to get, but attainable. Stuff like Nothing Special (take no damage from specials in a campaign) and The Untouchables (take no damage after calling for rescue)seem too hard to be true atm.
I play with a good group of people, but we're rarely online.
On TF2, the ones I want most are the two medic achievements for blowing up five enemies with an ubered soldier and blowing up five constructions with a ubered demoman. I have 26 hours clocked up as medic and I've come stupidly close to doing them both, but I always fall just short.
It'd be nice to assist a heavy in making 20 kills without us dying, but it's a bit of a pipe dream. Same for the heavy sister achievement.
I'd love to hit a soldier with a crit rocket as pyro.
As scout, none of them seem impossibly hard that I can recall. I think the hardest atm is killing an enemy by stunning them and using the environment.

I regret not getting the "7 day survivor" achievement in Dead Rising. That stupid survival mode was such a battle of attrition. After 10 bloody hours of gameplay and getting the Laser Sword with the "5 Day Survivor", I didn't have it in me to play for another four hours straight just to win access to a pair of boxer shorts for Frank West to wear.
