So, so many...
There's an infinitely small but non-zero chance for any atom in our universe to suddenly phase out of existance, which, by extension, means there's an even smaller but still non-zero chance that one of your organs could do the same thing. And again, even smaller, still non-zero chance that the same could happen to your house, your family, your town, the entire planet, or even the sun itself.
Dolphins are forming in giant 'superpods', like giant dolphin armies that stretch miles long, in place where dolphins have never been seen before. Also, those cute and cuddly little Flipper look alikes you love so much, they've been known to gangrape other dolphins (and the odd person), and kill (often baby) porpoises for fun. Have fun swimming in the ocean now.
Your memories are easy to screw with. For example...
Simple repetition can allow people to make you remember a false or made up memory as true.
Your brain makes stuff up. This follows with the repetition thing. If you're given a false memory, then your brain will often make up the other details and some other memories to go with it. This had a famous case with a woman undergoing psychotherapy to 'uncover repressed memories'. The psychologist used repetition, among other tricks, to eventually make the woman believe, among other things, that her parents had raped her repeatedly from childhood until she left home, that she had been part of a cult and had eaten a baby, that she had been a prostitute, and that she had had several abortions. She had developed a lifetime worth of memories and details to go along with these lies. It was later revealed that it was all fake however, that she had been in her mid-twenties before losing her virginity, that she had never been pregnant, and that she'd certainly never been part of the supposed cult (seriously it was supposed to be on the other side of the country from where she was living at the time).
There's also this whole bit about manipulated images and how they can screw with your head, but I'll save it for later.
...also, sneezing can kill you. Seriously, it can stop the heart of a healthy person.
