Soldiers of Anarchy, very underated and unsung but excellent game. Also Terra Nova, doing powered armour combat long before it was trendy and way ahead of its time.

Blood was a great old generation FPS that I've enjoyed, mostly for its outlandish weapons (Voodoo doll anyone?) and lots of humor and gore.
I'm recently discovering Tropico. It's very fun. Reminds me of Zeus, which was another gem that's been mostly forgotten.

I was always interested in that, but it looked too similar to a cross between Deep Fear (on the Sega Saturn and Alien (the Aliens were clearly based off Hans Reudi's designs).Tiberius87 said:

And I'm pretty sure my brother and I are the only people who played this PSOne game called The Unholy War. It was pretty much Archon in 3D, which is to say, it was totally awesome.

Sid meier's alpha centauri and total annihilation/ kingdoms; for best TBS and RTS respectively. (and almost no one knows about them) 
Deathrow! Man, that game was awesome. One of the best games on the original Xbox and nobody played it!
