Movie/Book/Game/TV Endings

Ever watch/play/read something and at the end wonder why the hell it ended like that? I know I certainly have.

I for one, personally disliked Metal Gear Solid 4's ending (then again the whole plot was a bit iffy). I don't know how I'd have it my way, but I just don't like the way it was done.

Also on the note of movies, the ending to a few horror films, It and Boogeyman being the two I'm thinking of right now. Both had me scared, right up until the end. In Boogeyman you finally get to see the thing and it is anything but scary, likewise with Pennywise.

Assassin's Creed 2 made me wonder what the fuck Ubisoft was thinking, because the ending made almost no sense at all.
And the boss fight was shitty as well.

I watched the matrix 2 in the cinema. When I saw the sentence: "To be continued." appearing on the screen, I thought: You've got to be sh!tting me! They can NOT let a full movie end like that!

I was bummed out by bioshock 2, it seriously annoyed me that no matter what *spoiler!!* you die.

It really pissed me off that I invested my time saving my daughter and then she bunked me off!

Yeah I have, The "True" endings for STALKER SoC ruined the zone a bit for me. Took away far too much mystery. I wished they had of just stuck with the five "bad" endings they were extremely clever and made you think.

The Corrupt Humanity ending is excellent I think

Oh man I know. They are all so beautifully awful but they do fulfil your wishes... Well except the rich one, it's good but not as clever.

The rich one isn't so clever, but still made me go "Oh for fucks sake!"

Spoiler: My Favourite

Thinking back, the blind ending is probably my favourite. I didn't even think about going blind after that beautiful scenery ¬_¬

Crackdown 2's ending was pretty terrible considering you spend the whole game building up your agent and then die in a nasty yet spectacularly short encounter with the main antagonist's helicopter blades

I personally disliked the end of Inception, as it just left it on a question that will undoubtably never be answered. And ,just in case anyone flames me for disliking Inception's ending,when a story is over, I prefer things to end conclusivly.

The ending of Half Life 2 pissed me off. I just wanted to play more of it.
