Goldeneye is still one of my favourite all time games, AvP, The X-wing/Tie fighter series', I enjoyed Robocop at the time, Star wars Battlefront and Empire at war were entertaining briefly. The shooting part of Die Hard Trilogy was great.

Some of the games people are naming are not movie licensed games. Like B:AA. Also, I think the Warriors suck.

But a good one is Escape from Butcher Bay. Loved that one.

Spiderman 2 was fun. A bit repetitive, but it was the first (and only) game to get the swinging right IMO.

Ah the warriors. I really wish there was a street gang brawler like that out now. In fact I hope they re-release it with updated graphics and multiplayer where you can create your own gang and fight others.

Anyway, I'd like to add Scarface: The World is Yours.

Shrek 2 on the Gameboy Advance. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. It can actually prove rather challenging at some parts, and has some slick gameplay.

And of course Spider-Man 2, but everyone knows that.

I've had alot of fun in the past with star wars and James Bond themed games. But the best answer I can give to this question is Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets for the original xbox. I had alot of fun with that game and the graphics were also pretty good too.
