For me I gotta say its Avatar. I REALLY FUCKING hated it. The only parts it kept my interest were the parts where it showed off the cool animals and surroundings, and was bored as fuck when the flat, one-dimensional characters were n the screen.

I don't really have any movies like that, since I make a point of not seeing films that don't interest me. But... actually Avatar happens to be on that list for me. I've still not seen that and have no interest in doing so.

<url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.226611-2-50-Reviews-Zodiac-2007>Zodiac is the main one that comes to mind. It got great reviews from most, but I found it so boring.

Napolean Dynamite. It was so bad that I can not even watch John Heder at all now without wanting to slap him. I had to admit this in a room full of movie buffs and boy oh boy did I not win friends that day!

Donnie Darko. Incredibly boring, has a teenager mindset of what "cool" and "dark" is, has a very unlikeable cast, and tops it off with a random ending that makes no logical sense at all.

Inception. Can there ever be a movie so blatanly overated and full of such a random assortment of cliches so well hidden because of the sheer amount of complexity within it that is just becomes bad at a certain point when you've seen in all before?

The Hangover. I know I will be crucified for this, but I laughed at one scene the entire time. Maybe it's because I hate Las Vegas with a seething passion, I don't know...plus the jokes were aimed at guys in a frat party fist bumping each other while drinking Bud.

I am going to have to agree with you on this. It's a movie with no wit or enjoyment factor whatsoever.

I hate the Fifth Element. Like REALLY HATE it. It's just so... stupid. Yet lots of people I've met actually really like it.

I initially liked Avatar, and for what is worth, that final battle sequence was pretty good, got me going when I was it theaters. But I've slowly started to realize I dislike the movie. I don't really hate it, I just am very hesitant to watch it again.

I think that the two Iron Man movies are terribly boring. They're action movies with barely any action. If I wanted to watch people talk, I would watch an actual dramatic film with a decent script and interesting characters, not a movie based on a comic book.

The problem with Avatar was with peoples expectations, not the movie. You go expecting and Oscar worthy story, you're going to be disapointed. You go to see something fun to watch, it's a good time.

I did not like the Transformers at all and, since a few of my close friends felt the same way, I sort of assumed that this was generally considered a bad film. One day at work a lot of people were saying how it was one the films they liked the most that year - although most of those same people hated the sequel.

Which is why when I went to go see it day one with a bunch of friends and low expectations, I loved it.

I recently watched Halloween for the first time (I'm a bit late to the party) and I really didn't like it. In fact, I liked the Rob Zombie remake better than the original. I also thought Friday the 13th was atrocious and so was Last House on the Left.

Inglorious Bastards, it would have been a great movie if all of the characters didn't suffer from constant verbal diarrhea. Look I like good dialog as much as the next guy, but in order for it to be good dialog it has to be INTERESTING!!!! also what makes good dialog even better? when someone is actually doing something while talking! People sit down and talk all the time, we dont want to spend 2 and half hours to just watch people sit down and talk! God Tarrentino has lost his touch.
