Oh gods, more supernatural romance.

(Reads Wikipedia synop.) So, the classic book the writer is obsessed with is To Kill a Mockingbird and this time it's witches and incubuses that are getting the revamp. Probably removed that whole serial rape/murder thing most incubuses have going on.

The only interest I can even feign in this is curiosity if the movie makes a more compelling argument for the Dark Side than this trailer, which seems to be going for "it makes your eyes funny" with side orders of cheap SFX and megalomania. Yeah, sure, that sounds like a great reason to turn evil. Let me get my hat and coat, then we can frolic down to evilland together.

Given it's 'like' Twilight and has Emma Thompson, I predict the film will be 'OK'.

I would say this is closer to other movies that actually involve witchcraft such as The Covenant... which this seems almost like a version of starring women. Probably won't be horrible.
