I was also shocked at their quality. I recommend them to people frequently, but no one takes me up on my suggestion. :/
I do too. No one ever watches them though. That may be because I only know people who can't sit still in a movie.

Ugh, that pisses me off. They'll fall asleep or get up and do something else during every movie and then say it sucks.
I know people like that too. It sucks, especially because I view movies as something to do socially most of the time.

How was it, by the way?Gentlemen Broncos, he/she means.
Pretty silly B-movie. ESPECIALLY the parts where they go to the imaginings of Yeast Lords and Bruno & Balzaak. It's like a fucking hilarious live-action Robot Chicken sketch.

Oh Christ no, those are the two most popular Miyazaki films around, next to Spirited Away.

I'll go again: Kamikaze Girls. They don't have to be good do they? Oh well, I enjoyed it.

P.S. Unrelated to your post (sorry, I will be looking that up though)

Oh no, did it get as silly as Moving McAllister or Eagle vs. Shark?

Funny, I typically like to watch them in solitude or with people who actually know how to shut their mouth in movies.

Maybe it's because said people before like to talk during the movie.

They kinda treat movies like people treat music; just some nice background noise, yet they judge the movie on what they actually see. Like take one of my favorite movies from last year; Zodiac. They watched it and as usual, walked around, talked, didn't sit still and didn't really pay attention and they still said the movie was "awful. One of the worst movies ever" yet that's only because they didn't even watch it.

Yes, I like watching them with people who will actually watch, and not talk throughout the entire thing. People are annoying, and I often can't stand their behaviour.

Haven't seen Zodiac yet. I probably should.

Haven't seen those, but it's more silly than this:
