A Nightmare before Christmas.
Those are also good. In the same vein of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, there the seven samurai. 2001: A Space Odyssey. Weird as all hell, and one of the most impenetrable films of all time, but it's worth seeing it because there is genuinely nothing else quite like it. Plus, it's one of the depressingly few films to truly embrace the fact that they're working in a visual medium.
