Never really cry. Am far too manly for that! *cough*
Closest anything's gotten me is easily Futurama's Jurrasic Bark. Game of Tones' ending got me pretty close too, that one really made me want to call my mom just to tell her I love her.
Didn't of course, she'd think I was on drugs or something, or maybe about to kill myself.

-Avatar: The Last Airbender

That show surprised the hell out of me when a friend forced me to sit down and watch it. I had always avoided it until that point because I didn't think anything good could come out of modern Nickelodeon. It has since then become my all time favorite show.

-Any of Don Bluth's films from the 80's. 'Secret of NIMH', 'An American Tail', 'All Dogs Go To Heaven' and 'A Land Before Time'.

-Never Ending Story... Artax.

-Futurama: Fry saying goodbye to his Mom, Leela finding her parents, Fry's Nephew, 'The Sting', the original finale... Seymour.

When Return of The King hit theatres, towards the climax I was trying so hard to cover my tears but I was too into it I was letting it all out.

Few things have made me 100% lose it.

Big Fish and Meet Joe Black, the ending, both are just great goddamn movies.

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, I'm a dad of two wonderful little girls so a part towards the end hit me pretty damn hard, and by the time the credits were rolling I was literally bawling my eyes out.

Cowboy Beebop, that ending...epic.

Futurama, Jurassic Bark...I can't even watch that episode anymore, I gotta go hug my dog now, thanks Escapist.

And oddly enough the ending of the Jet Li movie Hero, odd but it's the truth.

Not very many things can make me cry. Sadness usually makes me smile (yes, my own included) and I do generally show a lack of empathy. I don't LACK empathy, I understand other's sadness and feel empathy or sympathy... just don't show it much.

That said, Jurassic Bark... cried like a baby. Didn't want to watch it again even though it's a very funny episode (Fry doing the Hustle for Justice.) I can now that they retconned its sad ending, but I do feel that removed something special from the episode too.

Cowboy Bebop's ending... didn't but it was a near thing. But there was a moment in Trigun (maybe not the one you think.) It wasn't the bent cigarrette hitting the church floor. It was Milly's reaction to it a little later. Staying that cool in front of Meryl, and then seeing someone who's usually so overly optimistic and happy crying... my heart was breaking. Those reactions get me a little more than the incidents themselves. Like the "sad moment" for Ren halfway through Kaze no Stigma. It wasn't until the comedy episode at the amusement park after the "sad episode" that it got to me. Ren looking at the feris wheel just as it is lighting up in a manner similar to the little sun he made for Ayumi. Don't know why but it seemed sadder then than it even did at the time.

I re-watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer recently and that was an emotional ordeal.

Also I watched Warhorse with my Grandmother and that triggered my allergies*.

*-I am allergic to being sad.

Only two movies have ever made me cry. The first Pokemon movie (obviously), and the ending of Godzilla Vs. Destoroyah.

Field of Dreams is great for a cry.
I'm glad this was mentioned, I don't see it mentioned enough! Field of Dreams gets me every time too. I can't help it :(

Gods, it's a long, long list of what has made me cry. I'll mention the biggest ones for me.

TV:
Prison Break - the end of this had me bawling for ages after. Not only because of the end, but also because it gave me less reason to stare at Wentworth Miller. Gods that man is so handsome.
Heroes - some part of it really got to me
Scrubs

Movies:
Memories of Matsuko - just go and watch it.
Grave of the Fireflies - you know why.
Pretty much every Disney movie
Safe Haven
The Lucky One
The Notebook - Every damn time. I sit and tell myself "I'm not going to cry. I'm not" and I end up needing a tissue.
Harry Potter (the books made me bawl my eyes out too)
The Time Traveller's Wife
The boy in the Striped Pjamas
The Godfather
Titanic

I've never actually cried at a movie or TV series, but damn, some of the episodes of Scrubs have gotten me very close at times. My Lunch is an absolute killer.

Gran Torino, Toy Story 3 and Million Dollar Baby. With the last one it wasn't even "manly tears" anymore just staright up blubbering. I also heard "Dear Zachery" was more than tear jerking.

I've never cried watching tv or movies. I've only ever gotten choked up... until a few months ago while watching Silver Spoon.

When Mikage tells her family that she doesn't want to take over the ranch. That wasn't what made me cry though it was the parents response to it. It was something that is absolutely heartwarming. They wanted to support her even though the ranch is about to be in serious debt and felt terrible for putting all that pressure on her.

It reflected my situation so much that it hit really close to home and made me thankful for having such a wonderful supportive family.

Schindler's List, Grave of the Fireflies are the big ones which I've openly wept over and if we go into theatre productions I would add Les Miserables and a dramatisation of The Rape of Lucrece (One of Shakespeare's dramatic poems that was adapted to the stage) for things that got my eyes a tad wet.
I also cried at Transformers 3, but that was out of laughter and schadenfreude.

Well...anybody remember Click? Yeah, the Adam Sandler comedy about Adam Sandler's D-bag character being punished for being a D-Bag by missing out on his daughter growing up and dying mostly unloved...at least until he has that big life-lesson moment of course. I don't know why it hit me like it did but the ending choked me up a bit. Then there was Deathly Hallows...

...Dobby Dying. It hit me a lot harder in the book than in the films but Dobby Dying was probably the death in the HP series that had the most impact on me.

I agree with everyone else here who mentioned Toy Story 3 of course but I raise you one Up prologue. The first 10 minutes of Up could have been it's own short film. I rented it when it came out on DVD and had a movie night with my family. With no prior knowledge of what the movie was about, everyone kind of just looked at me after the opening of Up with an expression on their face that clearly said, "What the Fuck man?!"

The Room, if you count crying of laughter...
I love the ending of that movie, especially how Danny accidentally says "Tommy" instead of "Johnny".

hmm, off the top of my head.

Ive no prob getting teary eyed infront of my mates haha. Ill get..'the look' every now and then if I get teary eyed but therefore most of them have to suddenly go to the restroom for 15 minutes if a horror movie gets to the point where its getting 'harsh' ehh anyways,

Lord of the Rings -The Fellowship-: Dammit Boromir..why didnt you just die fast and not have to be all dramatic about it.
The Lion King: Mufasa..nuff said.
Scrubs: That one episode where Doctor Cox breaks down from injecting those patients with rabies('My Lunch')
Up:....
Braveheart: The execution of William Wallace.
Harry Potter: When Sirius bit the dust.

(can we include games? if not just ignore the next passage)

Dead Space: When you realize Nicole has been dead the whole time.(Props to them for naming each mission accordingly)
The Last of Us: The beginning, end of discussion.

Edit: Posted the wrong scrubs episode..haha.
