So what are you lot looking forward to seeing in theaters?

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I'm actually kind of excited for Transformers 2. As far as I'm concerned, Megan Fox + Giant Fighting Robots = epic win. Writing and storyline be damned.

Inglorious Bastards and Public Enemies both also look very cool.

And if World War Z every decides to show up... oh man.

Star Trek. It hasn't opened where I live yet, and won't until the 29th. And it's been killing me to not look at any reviews or blog posts my friends have made about it or like that for it, but to just wait. I am chomping at the bit for this movie.

I'm also looking forward to Red Cliff pt 2. It's been out for over a month, but I've been sick the whole time and couldn't go so it. I'm hoping it's still playing in the theatres; I'll find out tomorrow.

The Hobbit! It's one of my favourite books, and it's being directed by Guillermo Del Toro, one of my favourite directors.

Terminator Salvation
They killed this movie for me when they made it PG-13 :(
I'll still see it, but I'm not expecting anything like the usual terminator fare.

I look foreward to seeing it with my nephew
This looks quite interesting! Thanks for sharing :D

Personally I want to see The Last Airbender next year. Big Avatar fan here.
Also, I guess James Cameron's Avatar (that is supposedly going to reinvent cinema) would probably be on my list too.

Thats true. I told my friend that and said "What's the big deal?" Its ridiculous when companys "adjust" their movies to certain ratigs so more people will go see it. All they want is more money, and a wider audience. Just like Die Hard 4.

I heard that Arnold won't star in the movie since he is now very busy in his political life, BUT will allow for his face to be used in digital format so the movie is still consistent. ... ;_;

This may seem like a bit of a drawback, but in an interview with the director from G4's special on the movie, he had stated that they paid no attention to what rating the movie was going to get as they were filming, as they only focused on making the film in the way they wanted it. As it turned out, there were only a few scenes that would constitute an R-rating, and they weren't really necessary for the movie, so those scenes were simply removed.

So maybe it won't be so bad. I'm still looking forward to it.

Terminator Salvation. It's very unlikely to be as good as the Cameron films, but I expect it will be a satisfying see anyways.

Up looks very good too.

Plus, Public Enemies looks great too. I never miss a chance to see Johnny Depp on the big-screen.
