The Princess Bride and Airplane! are both excellent movies that I've seen so many times I could write the script with my eyes shut.

Surely you can't be serious! I hear you say. Well, I am serious, and don't call me Shirley.

The Cannonball Run
Spaceballs

I watched them over, and over, and over when i was younger, as soon as the film finished, the tape was rewound and started again. More recently the most watched films are Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, but nowhere near as often, i'll have a back to back viewing every month or so.

Kung Pow; used to be a bit of a ritual that it would get put on when we all piled back from a night out. :D

I don't think that there's a film I've seen more than The Blues Brothers =] I know it all, word for word.

The Mad Max trilogy (is my avatar a giveaway?), Life of Brian (being called Brian has meant I've endured "he's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!" at every family gathering I've been to. Just as well I love the film), but Highlander is probably my most-watched film. It's just phenominal. Over-the-top story, ridiculous characters, amazing swordfights that demolish poorly built castles, Sean Connery claiming to be Egyptian but sounding like he's never been out of Morningside, some of Queen's best work on the soundtrack. I might go watch it right now.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off - Own the DVD from the Walmart $5 box... Never broke the shrink wrap, since if I ever find it on cable (at least once every six months) I'll sit and watch it through.

Firefly / Serenity - Watched the boxed set and the film all the way through at least three times...

PCU - (Guilty Pleasure bonus points) I know the movie isn't nearly as good or as funny as it may have once been, or as I might think it is while I watch it... but I can't help but stay on it, if I catch it while flipping channels.

The Incredibles - My favorite Pixar film of all time... and my greatest disappointment in Pixar for skipping the sequel to make Cars2. ::sigh:: Best part is, if either of my kids are unsure what to watch some evening, all I have to say is "Supers?", and I get a resounding response back. "Supers! Supers!"

Captcha: censues Rouen
Who/What/Where is Rouen... and who would want to get a census there, or of him/her/it?

The Little Mermaid - I watched my VHS copy enough times to fall apart. Bought another VHS, and easily put that one through a couple hundred runs. And I now have it on DVD twice.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. I've watched it once a month since 2001. Easily my favorite movie of all time.

Star Wars trilogy the most by far
followed by Young Frankenstein and 3 Amigos as a close second
5th Element too

EDIT: before reading this forum I figured 80's/early 90's comedies would rule and after reading all the posts so far...it seems I was right. good choices people

The Toy Story series is a big one for me, as are Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, Inglourious Basterds, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, and Big Trouble.

...yes, Big Trouble. I don't know why.
