MtG Players, I could use your help for a (godawful, terrible) new EDH deck.

Ways to win with The Cheese.

[mtg_card=Decree of Annihilation] with The Cheese on the Table.

Play Cheese, Use [mtg_card=Oblivion Ring] or other like effect. Play [mtg_card=Apocalypse].

Play [mtg_card=Academy Rector] Resolve [mtg_card=Kaervek's Spite] on the end step of the opponent right before your turn. Play The Cheese

Now, I'm not saying to work these into the deck, but a Barren Glory/Cheese win in always satisfying, especially in a deck as janky as yours.

Those are all really funny. Now I don't think I could get away with using the first two combos, as those cards seem to be a bit too useful, which kinda excluded them from the deck just by "theme". However, the Academy Rector/Kaervek's Spite combo I think would fit, as individually, they're not good cards. Managing to win with this deck, and with the Cheese especially would be highly, highly entertaining.

Any thoughts on what I could/should switch for those 2 cards?

I was thinking of calling it "Karoma Bueler's Terrible Deck", but your idea is better.

Also, any advice for my deck? It's a green with Omnath and a bunch of eldrazi. Like World Breaker and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth.

Omnath? I wouldn't bother with the eldrazi, tbh. Use a ton of ramp to get Omnath out as quick as possible, then churn out as much land as possible. Flood the board with the elementals that Omnath, and use a few enchanments to give them double strike and trample.
