I was playing CoD4 and the game lobby jacked me and stacked the teams up uneven. A 6 person clan of highest level prestige versus me (quite high level myself, but not that high) and two other lower level guys who decided to stick around. Everyone else who entered the lobby kept walking right back out when they saw the team they'd have to play. This clan of assholes kept shit-talking that everyone was running from them and they were such hot stuff. Well, I had enough of their trash talk and threw down the gauntlet, saying I'd take on their whole team by myself if I had to, and show them what for...Anywho, game starts (Bloc I believe the level was) and I take up a sniper post in one of the buildings. I immediately start picking off all members of the enemy team as they go to take up their posts. Well, eventually they get a bead on me and the whole clan decides to rush me. Thankfully, as they enter the building, I had a couple of claymores set up very strategically, netting me a few more kills. Since they were moving en masse, those explosions were doing me some good. As they respawn and keep trying to swarm me, I score some grenade kills in pretty much the same manner. Needless to say, air-strikes, and helicopter support score me some more frags as they keep trying to pour in on me. Eventually they pour down the narrow hallway at me, allowing me a couple of more kills with the M16 I had jacked from a corpse. Eventually they managed to shoot me down, just as I flashbanged those bastards. Luckily I had last stand, and while they were stunned in the tight hallway, I managed to pick off a few of them with my pistol before I was finally knifed in the face. All in all, I chalked up a 19 kill streak against an entire team of the highest prestige before I died once. My other two teamates were so inspired by my show of bravery, that we rallied together and won that round. After the match, back in the lobby, the only thing the enemy clan said was "Well...shit" and left.
All in all, that was pretty awesome. I felt just like John Rambo. Sorry for the long story, but I thought it was pretty epic. I was reliving every moment in my mind as I typed.
