Hi Escapist,
I wanted to know if its possible that once I got In standing(the ground floor), I could go get a seat when I need a break. I ask this because my dad won't take me unless we sit the whole thing or know that he can go rest for a bit due to his back problems and I don't particularly fancy sitting through a concert when I could be having more fun moshing etc

More info:
We are Going to see Muse at Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester, all General Admission

You could go get a seat. But then you might lose your good spot and you'll end up having to fight through the mosh crowds which is not a good idea when a particular song gets them psyched and pumped

Generally I don't think so.

They check your ticket/wristband as to whether your seated or standing.

Bes to ring up and check though.

Could you both buy different tickets?

Its a shame because I plan on getting there early to get near the front, but when my dad complains he'll want to sit down I don't really want to leave my spot, or leave him to fight through the crowds to get a seat.

Im concerned that security might not let that happen

It doesnt matter its all general admission upon arrival, he could go and sit the whole thing, whilst i go and stand but I wouldn't wan't to leave him on his own
