I have alot more, these are just the ones that come to mind. Except the Polar Bear one, that one made me cry the first time I heard it.

The song from the UK trailer for the drama 'In Treatment' is a wonderful piece of music.
Took me ages to track it down but it's a piano solo from Philip Glass's opera 'Satyagraha'

This melody is one of my absolute favorites. I get goosebumps and chills every time i hear it.
"Legend of Zelda (Twilight Princess) - Midna's Desperate Hour"
When i played the game, i got all upset and felt like yelling at link for running so slow with Midna on his back, struggling for her life. I still feel part of that when hearing the tune. Apart from that, it's also a very beautiful tune.
