Heed my call , oh musicians of the escapist, for I bring you a thread to share your own work in.
Tis a thread which shall be dedicated to the finest of all arts, a thread for sharing your own work, be it a song you wrote yourself or a shameless cover of someone else's hard work.

As is tradition, I shall go first and I present you with two compositions of my very own:

https://soundcloud.com/badmusicplace/serious

https://soundcloud.com/badmusicplace/grundger-st-aus-ideen

Enjoy.

P.S: For the love of god, don't listen to any of the other stuff I uploaded, most of it was for a competition to see who could record the worst piece of guitar-related-audio ever.
And I won.

Here, have some nice, crusty, crunchy, delicious noise and dark ambient, with dew-fresh industrial influence, courtesy of your's truly:

Here's something I put together. I'm more of a singer than a musician.

[sub][sub][sub][sub]I actually have no musical talent whatsoever, but I just wanted to fit in ;_;[/sub][/sub][/sub][/sub]

*sneaks in and hides in the back* Please don't mind me, I'll be quiet! All I can do is hold a tune, so not really a musician, but I can listen to ALL the things!

I've written a few songs over the years, but this guitar demo I wrote recently I'm particularly pleased with. Hopefully the rest of my band will write parts for it too.

Here are the two things I've created so far:

https://soundcloud.com/evil-moo/dischordant-and-also-bassy
https://soundcloud.com/evil-moo/dark-and-possibly-mysterious

Neither of them particularly good despite a generally positive reception from those who have listened to them so far. They are more just experiments to see what I could come up with than anything.

Man...that's some good stuff, Escapists!

Here's my contribution. Only downside is that it reveals my true identity. And unfortunately, it's not Sir Ben Kingsley.

My Bio explains it all. But feel free to select any track. Although this group may appreciate the "Doctor Who Theme (All Guitar Version)"

Pretty cool, dude. Ska's not really my cup of tea but the quality is there, if I had any money I'd buy it alas I am broke. Out of curiosity, is Haiku really a haiku?

OT: I have nothing to contribute to this thread sorry. It's too bad because I do a mean cover of Pearl Jam's - Black(I don't really).

Haaaaaalright... So, quick explanations before i do. The quality is dreadful. I'm not exaggerating, I mean recorded with a phone awful. So the words are gonna be a little bit hazy, but i honestly think these are both good. Both come with vocals and multiple guitars, one with drums, so they're almost full songs. You're just going to have to sit back and enjoy the sound of it all rather than appreciate the words...

But yeah, we were all going places, college and shit, so we just wanted to record a couple songs before we left for a long time.

There's a video of Rain Song, but we mess up a couple of times (bare in mind we hadn't practiced the song and a lot of it was improvisation). I prefer the shit quality one.

Don't listen to any other songs on that guys channel either, he's not great.

I'm also looking for a drummer for a two-piece band if anyone's interested and lives in England. Seriously though, where you awesome drummers at? But yeah, c'mon, even if you're not in England, Fuck it! Take a risk, fly over. Let's be the next best damn thing this world has ever seen. We'll be better than the Black Keys, the hardest fucking Nirvana that ever ruled, the most bitchin' Queens of the Stone Age to rock this planet. Let's just freakin' own the place... let's create the New World Blues, and dominate the futures ears. We will be loud, and the best damn live show in history.

I want to be amazing, and I can't do it by myself...

Yeah that's meeee.
Something my brother and I made earlier this year, just for kicks.
Like it says, it's not finished but I'm kind of happy with it.

Ok, while this scares the shit out of me and I'm probably gonna regret this, I'm willing to share these two.

Just a little piano and cello thing I had to create to land a project.

And one other little thing I had to do for the same project.

I know it's not soundcloud, but be nice, please?

All my stuff is currently demos made with a drum machine until I can get my bandmates to work on their bits.
This is my current favourite and the first one I ever self-produced(and mixed like a monkey)

[ur]https://soundcloud.com/soundpsycho-1/heaven-hell-dancefloor-demo[/url]

Incidentally, how many here consider themselves guitarists? Just curious...

Making an album (or two?) at the present through digital means.
I can most definitely play the guitar, among other things.
I pen down my own songs, so yeah...I music.
So much that I can use it as a verb.

But, I can't link anything.
I don't have the greatest of microphones to record my physical work and a good chunk of my digitally produced tracks are only partially done at the moment. Though given how I work on them, they'll all be finished at approximately the same time...(schedule seems to be a little on song a, little on song b, little on song c, repeat).
