Socom: Confrontation. Watch gameplay videos (make sure it's all footage from the same match, not just highlight reels) to make sure you like the pace. Non-ranked respawn matches can be quite fast paced though.
To warn you, though:
No health replenishing AT ALL
Realistic (mostly) gameplay
The controls take some getting used to, but other than weapon swapping (pistols suck, anyways) are very responsive
No respawn in ranked matche.
Some weapons aren't that different from each other, which means you might not ever really pick a favorite
Third person
If you don't have a mic, you'll occasionally get kicked. These people love communication
