Must-Play games for the 360

Lots of great ones have been mentioned so far so I won't repeat them, but I'll add that Megaman 9 is worth a download from Live Arcade to the list. Oh and grab the RE5 demo off bittorrent. It's better than most finished games

I've seen a couple reviews for this game, and I'm not sure I want to buy it. Might rent it on GameFly, where I still have Two Thrones for the PS2 on my queue. I really, really enjoyed Sands of Time, and Warrior Within was pretty good too, black eyeliner and Godsmack notwithstanding.

Ninja Gaiden 2. Not as good as the first one but worth a try. GTA4. Got it for Christmas myself.
I like Dead Rising if the tiny font doesn't bother you.

Downloading Braid and Castlevaia: Symphony of the Night via X-Box Live Arcade

Queued Fable 2, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Gears of War and Force Unleashed via GameFly.
