MW2 care package glitch

The problem with glitcher's doesn't lie with the makers of the game, a few glitches here and there are fine. Its the pants on head retarded people who spend five hours trying to find a single glitch to exploit in a online multiplayer game. Though I don't play COD4MW2 I find that most of the time, glitches are so OBSCURE that they shouldn't be noticed unless by accident.
I think it got patched today. But then again, I gave up MW2 a while ago and thusly do not give a shit.
People were still doing it today on the ps3. There are apparently two ways to do it, on the ps3 at at least. I'm pretty sure one way was already patched. This could've all been avoided if IW was dumb enough to put care packages (and emergency air drop) in the game in the first place. But I guess this was all a part of IW's quest to make the worst first person shooter of all time which they accomplished indeed.
Once? I see it being done in every game I play. I don't know the exact details but you do something along the lines of pressing the the right button on the D-pad twice in a short amount of time while climbing over something and it somehow gives you two care package or emergency air drop flares.ejb626 said:

I heard about this, I was playing online on my mate's 360, cos I don't have live but anyway, there were these 3 dickhead 8 year olds spending about 10 mins trying to do it, even when they kept getting killed they kept trying to do it. It was funny hearing them ***** after the match.
Patched today before you made this post. This glitch is fixed as well as elevators, sentry gun clipping, model 1887 bling range, and a couple other big changes.
