MW2: Highlander Title

Just finished a game on derail where I went 16-0 (camped alot unfortunately, but I wanted that title)
but for some reason the title was not unlocked
I am currently a lvl 22 1st prestige and I'm wondering if this is a game glitch or if I just have yet to unlock the challenge (although on the MW2 wiki it says it is part of general gameplay)

Buh? Just go get the ipod app for titles and emblems. Should fix all your problems.

unfortunately for me, I dont own an Ipod touch or Iphone

Im pretty sure you have to unlock the challenge to get the actual title itself...
