An ACU from supreme commander. Honestly, it can build an army of tanks that are each the size of the empire state building and top them off with nukes.
I would have to say the Hulk since the longer he fights the angrier, and stronger he would get.

Hmm...both have the ability to warp space to their whim. One is an omnipotent guardian and the other is a Pokemon of legendary proportions.
Yeah, I would pay money to watch that battle. Like, a lot of money. It would put most JRPG final bosses to shame.
