My Dad is Cool because...

When my Da was alive, he was cool because he was a soldier, he had built race cars when he got out, he taught me how to start a car with a ballpoint pen (years ago, when they still had metal pocket hooks).

I dunno, he was just really fun to watch, very skilled with his hands so I'd hang out and watch him build stuff when I was a kid.

I think my dad is cool because:
-He is a 15 year old teen at heart
-Is bat-shit insane (In a good way)
-drives as if he were in a Professional rally (which is probably the reason I never drive under 60, when I can of course)
-The reason I listen to the kick-ass music That I do
-Plays Video games with me when he off work
-watches/likes the same movies that i do
AND
-Gets along with EVERYONE he meets

Also, he can draw really well, even though he is extremely modest about it, and can repair computers like no other.

He buys games and lets me play them as long as he finishes them first.
He knows how to play guitar.
He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt.
He introduced me to Led Zepplin.

My dad is cool because he used to be the guy, who taught the whos who taught people to parachute-drop in the army. He was like some kind of grandmaster who taught the teachers.

He's also taken everyone in my immediate on a tandem-jump, with me as the exception, because he cam out of the army when I turned old enough to do the jump... *grumble grumble*

my dads cool because hes a religious nut but hes starting to love metal of all kinds. and he hooked me up with a job at his work even though im not old enough to work there (yet)
