When you meddle in this sort of stuff, someones always going to find out who started it. So your friend must've expected that he might of been found out eventually.

I suggest a healthy prescription of "manning up", followed by the two of you tag-teaming said aggressive bloke. If you both can't take him, you probably deserve what's coming to you.

it's simple, build a time machine, stop him from making the profile then lend it to me so i can go see queen live at Wembley in 1984

Don't start shit you can't finish. He shouldn't have made the profile if he couldn't handle the guy in question.

In a more serious note. People actually get beat up over facebook. But really fights in high school last for like 5 seconds. My high school had like no fights and the one's there were I watched them because I liked to see the teachers break it up because they were X bouncers. There is just something funny about a teacher lifting two students off the ground and asking them "are you gonna stop". Man Mr.Bonner was awesome. ahh High school.
Lol, bonner.

1:your friend is an idiot
2:the guy he's making fun of is an idiot
3:who gives a shit if he gets beaten up, unless this agressive guy is prone to weapon related violence, I wouldn't worry about it. Cuts and broken bones heal.

Take it from a guy who was beaten up everyday, man up take whats comin to ya and if you don't like it, strength in numbers, learn to fight.

My suggestion is training montage.
Yup time to get Carl Weathers to chase your mate down the beach, or get a fat black guy to to wear a pink tracksuit and chase you on a bicycle. Either one should work.

well done on your friend for having a sense of humour about numptys. The only question is can he pay the price for it. Your friend didn't screw up by making a profile, but sometimes there a butchers bill.

Can't believe everyone on here is having a go at your friend. His facebook thing sounds great. People take things too seriously. Did he include joke pictures? That would be great.
well the profile picture was a poo...

a lot of you have replied "let him get a beating" or something like that. well, the situation is, the town i live in is pretty tame, even if there's some that are worse than other. just get beat and move on isn't really that simple here.

Identity theft is very illigal, hes lucky a smack on the head is all he might get.

That said, it´s no good going vigilante on someone. And being agressive isn´t a excuse for violence. If it escalates i would def involve the police.

Yeah, like this one:

Couldn't find one without the (Swedish?) subtitles. But hey, your friend can learn to fight and become bilingual at the same time.

One of my best friends recently made a facebook profile similar to a guy that is aggressive and moderately dangerous. the profile is mocking the guy ALOT. now almost everyone in our grade knows it.
this day, a former friend of mine came up and told me to search on a facebook profile (the one that my friend did). i told him i had already seen it and he asked "so you know who did it?". by that i thought he knew who it was. so i said "yeah **** did it". so know he and his friend (good friend to the aggressive guy) told almost everyone but the aggressive guy. my friend is now thinking about changing school. i am drowning in guilt even though he forgave me. I feel like there is nothing i can do. anyone have an idea?
changing schools? no way thats absurd. you might wanna suggest that your friend stop being a pussy. i think its awesome that he did that but at the same time, hes an idiot if he didnt think there might be consequences. bullies are a part of life, its something everyones gotta deal with and, in a way, they help prepare people for the real world. they arent going to murder your friend, he will survive. heck he might even win. even if he didnt, at least he stood up for the statement he was making, rather then just running away at the first sign of opposition. tell him to stand his ground, if you really feel that bad you could even help him fight. above all, dont let him change schools, thats just silly

You and your friend launch a preemptive strike. Both of you jump this guy after school and beat the sweet chocolate christ out of him. Then, say his name with "just got his ass kicked. LOL." Then, have your friend say "good update LOL."

Classic.

This is funny as hell.
OT: there's power in numbers. And even if the bully runs him down in school, it won't get too far before someone intervenes. If i were your friend, I'd just start carrying a "walking stick" whenever I went somewhere that wasn't school.

Your friend is an idiot

I completley sympathise with the 'villain' of this piece. Mocking people publically is stupid and unfunny, and doing so to someone who can get revenge is just plain thick

He needs to learn his lesson, I've seen very similar things done to someone (both sides, it was freaking hilarious). I ain't gonna go all 'cyber bullying is wrong' cause that's all bullshit, hence why you meek guys are the bullies in this situation and the other guy probably doesn't give that much of a shit, but he'll still mess your mate up for it, sit back, laugh a little, and he won't make the mistake again.
