We have this thing called orange flag day at our school for Wrestling and it is 5 hours long

15 stations of push ups,sit ups,crunches,pull ups,etc for 2 hours

then 2 hours of sprinting

then 1 hours of straight wrestling

then we were done

or

when i was at a state wrestling tournament and i had to wrestle 9 matches 4 of which are back to back and won the championship for 152 weight class
i slept for 18 hours after that tournement

Performing solo for 12 minutes in a large room full of people, whilst being so nervous I thought I was going to drop the guitar as I stood up, and I was convinced my voice simply couldn't be coerced out of my mouth...but actually doing a fairly decent job of it in the end.

I'm sure this isn't what you wanted, I'm no endurance athlete...but if you knew me, you'd know I'm way out of my comfort zone being the center of attention. Putting myself in that position was a physical feat in itself, and one of the more intense experiences I've had.

Me and my friends were board one day so we decided to walk 5 miles from my friends house to best buy. We also did a fair amount of free running on our way.

Qualified for team selection for Judo at 2012 Olympics. Dropped out of Judo shortly after.

Not mine but I'll put it here for my Father: Climbed 5805m (over half way) up Mt Everest. At age 47.
