It'd have to be an actually legitimately good game. I have never understood the allure of shitty games that are simply made to be sold because they are about some show, movie, whatever.

If you could replace the ponies with something else and it would still be a solid game then sure.

It would be hard to make it work, I mean if you had the choice between being a regular pony, a magical unicorn or a flying Pegasus, I don't think many people would pick the earth-bound varients.

But I can see the appeal of creating your own pony, it's 32x32 importable\tradable cutiemark icon and coming up with a name and surname......HappySyrup, FluffyKindness, RosemaryGinger, etc.

I suppose any game is worth playing if it's made well and doesn't suffer from too many flaws. So, yeah, I wouldn't turn my nose up at it if it came around, I'd at least try it to see if it was worth my time. So, basically, I'd play it if they had a free trial. But I'd look forward to Yahtzee's review of it even more. Can you imagine just how funny that would be?

NO, not playing games along young children, it's not like the tv show where you can watch it and there's no crossover, let them have their game. Would you like it if you bought this for your kid to play online, and once you and your daughter were there you soon figured out that a massive portion of the players on it were 18+ males? This would creep you the fuck out.

It'd be interesting to see how the game mechanics would work. The image I've got in my head, is a sort of Animal Crossing MMO - but with more randomness and a storyline. That idea...appeals to me.

Thats scary as hell, although the outlines on the pony are very good, usually its all messed up on cellshaded games.

OT: No, the show is good because of the script and characters, the MMO wouldnt be about them an it would loose what makes him good
