Does anyone knows If I can get the episode in mp4 format after the show airs?

Yeah If you have Internet Download manager you can rip the MP4 right off the high quality youtube streams

I'm sure plenty of other programs can perform this for you, it's really a basic feature (The file's actually stored somewhere temp. on your PC, can't remember where but you could get swf files doing it.), however I don't know the names of such programs because I have something that works with no fuss.
