Seriously, now...I'm as much a brony as the next still-totally-butch guy, but you really must have seen any of the previous "What's the deal with My Little Pony?" threads.

As a matter of fact this thread is almost entirely adults who know how to appreciate a good thing.

Just check it out. It really is surprising how good it is: Lauren Faust deserves endless amounts of awesome points for making something so great out of something so freaking stupid. This show is freaking fantastic.

And? That immediately disqualifies it from being good? Pixar has proven time and time again that "for kids" is also capable of being some of the greatest stuff ever made. Avatar: The Last Airbender is another show that showcases this. Just because it's designed for kids does not mean it is not good, and true quality can be enjoyed by adults regardless of the target audience. Welcome to the very basics of maturity within media and the arts.

I'll admit, I don't really get the whole pony craze.
People say they love the hell out of the show, and while that may be true to some extent, I think there's still a little irony behind at all.
