My own game: Affenitaet

I just finished my first game, which I worked on in my first semester at the Games Academy, together with some friends.
Affenitaet is a hardcore 2D platformer as well as a german pun. Additionally to running and jumping, you can use your special ability, which allows you to attract purple cristals and repell yellow cristals. This mechanic is used in a wide range of ways, sometimes testing your timing skills, sometimes challenging your puzzle-solving skills.

Much faster, downloaded in 30 seconds. I'll let you know what I think in a bit after playing it.

I liked it, although it took a really long time to load, and slowed down pretty much everything else I was using. The platforming was pretty fun, and I enjoyed the crystal element.

That was actually really fun, it needs more polish (I found the crystal powers really fun but a little haphazard) and I think a confirmation when you hit r like "are you sure you want to restart?" would be useful (although it's probably just my own clumsiness = P) but I'd be happy to pay a few euro for it on steam. I'd say it would make a good ipod app too.

I'll accept money if you really insist, but knowing that people are having fun with my game is enough for me ^^
