Its a shitty soceity we live in. People will probably find you weird until the day you pick a gender. (Although im still weird, and clearly have a set gender) point im trying to make is.. Theres very few cases like yours. And in many, people usually accept one gender or the other. The cases of Intersexuals wanting to remain... Intersexual, are so rare that it cannot be accounted for. I dont have a proper analogy for this that would not be offensive so I will refrain from stating it but. . Lets say, two people.. In a country of 400 Million had this issue. . Would it not be fair for politicians to ignore them? In Denmark the Goverment has started ignoring that theres a demographic named one income families. And I dont have pure facts, but I think theres more One Income Families than Homosexuals.
The one who survives is the one who adapts. I can again respect you wanting to remain intersexual. But if being accepted by soceity requires the adaption of say, picking a gender so people would not be shit as hell confused about you (People are generally stupid) Then you should adapt. If you really' really. Cannot imagine which gender you would want to be.
(At the risk of sounding like something I dislike and I will hate myself for days for saying this but) You are born wrong. People are not supposed to be born both genders. Being born both genders is like being born with your brother or your sister inside of you. Its something that can be treated, and usually should and will be treated. You can be treated and put back to at least 'look' normal. And you can ask the Goverment to cover up your past history and then move to Australia or wherever you wish to move and start a new life.
Trust me, this must not be easy for you (I cannot imagine what you have gone through, I mean the only chronic stuff I've had to deal with is a pain in the arse, litteraly) But god didnt choose to make you like this (If you believe in God) Nobody did. Humans arent ment to be made like this. Something went wrong, you can correct it. It would be easier for those around you to accept it if you did. And maybe you should consider it, just consider. Comming to terms with 'a' sexuality. Instead of both. As I can hear you are technically just a boy from the outside and seem to be born female on the inside, Not choosing for you. You can stay both sexes if you 'really' want to. But I cant entirely blame the soceity for not having protocols for intersexuals who wont choose a gender.

Where does the "Video game" part come in? I'm not really seeing that here. A very inspirational story, to be sure, but it would make for a pretty boring game unless they did a really good job of immersing the players.
Also, your symptoms sound like they could also be Klinefelter's Syndrome to me. That may be what some doctors in the Netherlands are thinking. However, I'm a sixteen year-old with only a basic understanding of Biology, so I guess the Germans know better than me.

You say that your body resembles a female body yet you are legally a male and you have a penis, but you also have a closed off vagina.
I doubt that a person would accept you as you are at the moment. I know that no matter how charming, interesting and breathtaking a person might be, if he or she has your condition I would either ignore I heard it completely or cut off all contact with him or her.
Like I said earlier, I simply cannot comprehend this situation.
