Hello, I'm not a user who views these forums often or even bothers to check the mail that it sent to me asking me to vote for some award.
I signed up once when i was too tired and wanted to say something likely stupid.
Here is a something that might be considered that looking back afterwards.
The new site layout has been with us for a while now, I only view Yahtzee and MovieBob.
That said since the updated site i lose more time trying to navigate the annoying drop down menu everyone seems to like, Scrolling my mouse wheel down and seeing the previews was nice it made me think about viewing another video, Like that chick who did "Top 5?"
But i also see why it might have been removed her last video was on that list for what 3 months?
It does look cleaner and somewhat nicer but doesn't remove from the fact it now takes more time to find what i want and since i haven't bothered to view any other video.
Thumbnails help so much when your just looking for something to watch!
My next problem is the music before/after the video's.
MovieBob has a fairly decent intro, I don't notice it.. its just starting music to show what its about, Even though we already know since we've read the title.
The ending of course is full of nice tidbits of info that i enjoy reading.
This goes for Yahtzee's ending also, when i come onto the site with my audio on max Moviebob's intro doesn't bother me.. But Yahtzee's has been trying to burst my eardrums for a while now, The talking in the video is at least half quieter, so the intro has to be adjusted to 50% (or 0% grrr) but then shot right back up for the start of the talking.
What is with it?? Seriously its not like television ads where they need your attention to sell something its just really damn loud for no reason. It was a nice tune maybe the first five times, When he did his own music it always sounded neat and well thought of, But this something that may have been decent to start with sounds to me like a marching band running after an ice cream truck.
Please lower this volume its killing my will to watch reviews and i only watch them here, You could put ads for other video's at the end whatever, Just ow! please.
