Just sell his stuff SOMEWHERE (SOMEONE will buy it -ty:Eggsnham) sue his ass, you may win, and if you don't, beat the shit out of him. If he STILL doesn't pay back it back.... then do what pimppeter2 said to do.

Chances are you won't get your money back, as others have said, if there was never a lease agreement or other signed documents you probably won't have much to go on in court.

Also violence (i.e. kneecapping him) would probably be pretty satisfying, but would probably just result in a shit-ton of legal problems for you.

If you just want to screw with him and cost him some money and headaches, you could screw with his car. Contrary to popular belief sugar in the tank does nothing, however I believe that putting a fair amount of bleach (like a gallon) into his gas tank will cause a LOT of problems, especially if it sits in there for a while and then gets pulled into the engine. Apparently adding it to the oil pan does wonders as well, but would probably be hard to get into the engine without breaking into the car.

Keep in mind, that this is HIGHLY illegal, but would be a lower risk method of screwing with him compared to going all 'Tonya Harding' on his ass.

I've screwed people over on rent before (not one of my finer moments) but short of getting judge Judy on the job there's not a whole lot you can do. He's already convinced himself that he was the one who was wronged so no amount of begging of violence will get your money back.

I think you may just have to accept that you got screwed

First, Go to court and if it doesn't pay up there, then sell his crap, go to his work and ruin everything he owns.

leave him a message saying if he dosent pay then you iwll either go to a small claims court or sell his stuff. small claims court might be more trouble but probably more satisfying. in the end i cant give you to much advice as i am only 15
