She has the belief that the Earth is 6000 years old, humans lived along side dinosaurs, and evolution is a big religious scam so I need help of what to do.

leave her to her beliefs, unless she's actively teaching this to her students or is professing all her beliefs as the facts, she is in no way being a harm to anyone.

Agree with her, but then claim that the devil made you do it. You troll here, why not troll her too?

She is not your science teacher if he doesn't teach science...

On the other hand I am somewhat suspicious of the whole thread due to op's name, avatar and health meter.

Em is she a History teacher? Are you studying how the universe was formed? Are you studying evolution? What Science does she teach? If you answered no, no and no to the first nothing it doesn't matter just learn what is relevant and don't waste class time on stupid arguments. I can't tell you how many good classes that were wasted on idiots complaining about having to learn Irish. I really don't care if it isn't needed after school years just learn it now or drop down to Ordinary and stop wasting my time as I want to do well overall.

Hang the heretic! Burn her at the steak! We can't have people with opinions and beliefs!(Okay, so she probably shouldn't be a science teacher, but still...)

She is teaching evolution at the moments and skips the evidence but if their is an argument against it in a paragraph she focuses on it for the whole lesson

In complete agreement. Many people don't understand that personal beliefs are generally harmless. They can only be harmful if A. that person uses them to negative effects; or B. other people make a big deal about it.
As long as she keeps this to herself and outside the classroom (like teachers should), she's fine.

What are these forum health deelies anyway? I only just noticed mine the other day. Apparently I have avoided being naughty, go me. Do they increase with reports and decrease over time or what?

As long as she isn't trying to enforce HER belief onto a multicultural class environment than you shouldn't have any problems.

That being said, the common SCIENTIFIC belief is that the process of evolution is the correct one. She should not be teaching science if she is trying to twist the truths of the class to her liking, that's just wrong.

Maybe she should think about teaching religious studies.

She believes that "Evolution is a religious scam"

I call bullshit. I'm throwing this thread into question now.

Apparently every 6 months one little bar goes away if your good, and if you're good for a year they all go away.

(I think that they should give everyone a clean slate on Christmas and claim we made it on the "Good" list)

You mock the OP and then acknowledge the fact that he has every right to complain about his science teacher holding completely un-scientific, provably wrong beliefs?

And really, even if we didn't bring science teaching into it, is there really anything wrong with complaining/mocking foolish beliefs? Everyone feels free to mock the tin foil hat wearing crazies and that one guy who has a website based around lizard people secretly controlling the world, why does this teacher get a free pass just because her beliefs have some religious connections (and I would hasten to add, the majority of christians don't believe this stuff due to its obvious wrongitude. I'm not insulting the entire religion.)

Although, I will admit, there is a good chance this is a troll thread, so this discussion could be even more meaningless.

I live in backwards Kansas by the way she keeps saying the book(science is wrong) and the other book is right(bible). This place is so crazy that the word Jew is an insult and me being atheists(I take the term so people know what I mean but more it's I could care less )

Do whatever you can, within the bounds of the law, to get her fired. If you're willing to risk disciplinary action, I also encourage you to refute any young earth creationism claims that she makes in class. She's not a scientist, doesn't understand science, and has absolutely no place teaching science. She should never, ever have been hired, and her being there is a disgrace to your school district. She can do a lot of damage if she stays.
