from his reviews of both EVE and Wet im starting to get this odd feeling that yahtzee either hates or has a chronic fear of angler-fish...anyone else got this idea or am i speaking out of my bum?

The first part is correct. Angler Fish are horrifyingly evil... They are pretty much spiders in fish form... They don't have possess any semblance of friendliness.
