Mythos 2 (Closed)

"There he is," Justin muttered just loud enough for Wes to hear as he reached for the gun. "We got a Mythos out here!" Lining up the shot, he quickly exhaled and pulled the trigger, turning away after the shot was gone. "Come on, let's get these people out of here!" Nodding Wes over, he rushed to the politicians and helped move them inside as some more shooting broke out.

Michael's coat went flying off of him and his massive killing machine resting in his hands made everyone in proximity duck for cover.

"NOW!"
Michael yelled out right before pulling the trigger. He was careful to aim just above everyone's head. Concrete went flying and sparks and other miscellaneous objects were torn to shreds and scattered all over the floor.

The massive roar of the M60 machine gun cut through the screams of people around him, and soon Michael noticed the guards lining up to take him down.
He knew what he had to do, and he lowered the gun, trailing down all the guards with guns.
However, seeing all the Mythos charge at them, most guards pulled out batons and men carrying riot shields came charging out at the horde.

As the chaos lifted, Michael simply took cover behind a pillar and kept spraying at areas where no-one was.

"Get inside!" Wes shouted at the politicians, ushering them forward. He whipped the shotgun into hand and turned around, firing a shot over the heads of the nearest rioters. Several of them ducked to the ground in fear.

A few of the crowd control gates had been toppled over and the crowd was surging forward. The security personnel met them with riot shields and batons. He turned back as the doors were opened and the real targets pushed to get through the bottleneck.

Azure threw off the coat he'd borrowed to hide his appearance and drew his blade as everyone around him dropped to the ground, he leapt forward at a group of guards landing on two knocking them to the ground unconcious and lashed out with his sword, cleaving another three in half.

"hmph, the only people that wanted the war were you, if we wanted a war, you wouldn't be here now..."
he charged into the a few other guards, knocking them down, he paused for a moment, standing over them, the urge to make them suffer strong, instead he quickly cut across their throats for a fast death.

Azure looked up to see more guards getting ready to fire, the reality of the attack was still sinking in and the guards were somewhat slow in their actions, he charged at them and set light to his sword.

Seriously sorry for lack of posts, mind's been blank by ways of creativity for the past week or so, had stuff on my mind, anyway, back now

"Let's go, move!" Justin shouted, turning to fire a few rounds over the crowd. "Follow the guard up front!" He stood at the door, waiting for the last of the suits to get in. "Alright, get it shut, guys." Quickly stepping inside, he watched as the guards got the building doors closed.

"That door won't hold them for too long," he called out to the other guards inside. "We've got to get them to a safer part of the building, so lead the way."

Michael noticed there was no bullet fire when he wasn't shooting, so that meant all the guns had been taken care of.

"Let's move! We have to really sell this!"
He yelled, seeing the barred door, he shouted so loud it eckoed through everyone's mind in proximity of the building.

"Vas! Get over here!"
He yelled, looking over at Vasili.
"Give me a hand with this door!"

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"What?" Vasilli growls stalking through the crowd towards the door.

"Why can't you just punch it off its hinges?" he asks looking around for the others, "you are strong enough, no?"

Michael grinned and then used most of his force to hammer down the door.
It bent, but didn't break.

"Give me a minute, it seems to be steel plated.."
Michael took a 10meter sprinting position and rammed down the door at full speed.
Landing face down on the floor, over a dozen guards with both riot shields and special ammo equipped guns revealed themselves and started shooting.

Michael managed to roll to his side, dragging the door with him and using it as cover as he got on all fours behind it.

"You deal with those!"

[Time Travelling Toaster]

Suits me just fine, Vasilli thinks to himself before dashing through the door.

His body slams into the first riot shield wielder, forcing him back, opening the line. Several bullets slam into his armor as he pushes himself off the downed man.

The spikes flex over his shoulders, puncturing a few of the gun toting guards before he falls to his knees, several of the shots worked through into his weak points.

"Michael! Help!" he screams back, trying to protect himself from further damage.

 

[Mookie_Magnus]

Burst heard the screams of the crystalline demon known as Vasilli, and moved to aid his comrade. A deep crackling could be heard coming from his throat, as Burst unleashed a stream of flames from his gullet, singing the guards blocking their way. Bullets flew from the barrel of his gunblade, and several of the guards had collapsed on the floor, bullet wounds peppering their bodies.

Burst helped Vasilli up from the ground, to a standing position.

"How badly are you injured? Can you continue, or shall you retreat?" Burst asked him.

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"I will continue," Vasilli growls, more at the wounds than anything else.

"I would never retreat against these scum," he hisses kicking out at one of the bodies, "shall we proceed then?"

 

[Jav3lin]

Michael grabbed hold on the door handle and picked it up, using it as a giant shield.

"Let's go, I'll take point!"
Michael called out, lightly jogging past them toward the corridor.

 

[Lost In The Void]

Time seemed to slow down as the bullet rushed towards Anthony's head. He braced himself, but nothing prepared him for the over whelming pain that raced through his body as the bullet entered his skull and burst out the back. He fell off the stage into the dust, satisfied that the plan had all come to fruition...

The politicians were being lead through the hallways, Wes and Justin leading them towards their deaths. He rushed around the corner to see armed men in blank uniforms. They held high powered rifles and as soon as they saw the first politician they opened fire. Wes and Justin ducked and dove to the floor as the air filled with bullets and the U.N troops as well as the politicians dropped to the ground dead.

Eryn followed behind the others, getting a bit lost in the crowd of people.

If it wasn't for their scent I would never be able to find them. These humans are so annoying!

She spotted Micheal and ran behind him.

 

[Jedoro]

"Whoa!" Justin shouted, pistol still in hand. "When was that added to the plan?" Moving over to the wall, he aimed at the politicians and shot the two that were still twitching.

"After you've been shot, it always sucks getting shot at, doesn't matter if they can aim or not."

 

[Lost In The Void]

The unmarked men pointed their rifles at Jedro, "Put down your weapon, now or we will open fire. This is your only warning, either put down your weapon or die."

Shit. This isn't part of the plan, then, Justin thought, sliding the General's pistol to the line of men. Without any pouches on it, his vest was fairly concealable, but he'd prefer not to test how many rifle rounds it could take.

Michael and Eryn had ran through the corridors, Michael taking point with the door, without resistance.

"Alright Eryn, the sounds came from over there, and it sounds like calling"

Michael entered the door, door in hand.
Justin was there, in front of a bunch of gun-wielding men.

"Woah woah woah, what have we here?"
Michael said, holding the door, peaking past it.
"What's going on?"

Wes held the shotgun out at the invaders. His breath was fast and his eyes wild at the sudden explosion of gunfire, and had the gun in a white-knuckled grip. Who are they? Why are they doing my job?

"This is your only warning, either put down your weapon or die." Defend yourself

"Who are you?" he asked defiantly, still aiming the weapon at them.

In the first Mythos RP, Wesley had an animal instinct as a result of being so closely tied to animals. This instinctual thought is written in bold-italics. I'm going to keep it in despite losing his ability to change form. Just, for your information.

Okay, I do admire their courage in the face of bullets, Justin thought, seeing his allies with weapons in hand, but I'm a squishy human. Still, keep an eye out for an opening to grab your own pistol. Focusing on his training, he suppressed his body's urge to panic and kept a firm grasp on the situation, waiting for either the firefight or for everyone to stand down.
