I think the first real memorable moment was when me and a friend first beat bronze with a two-man team. He was a turian sentinel, and I was trying out an infiltrator, since I only recently got the widow.

Near the end of the match, he was backing away from two guardians, and I killed BOTH of them in a single shot from the widow. Thanks to it's penetration effect it pierced through both shields and both guardians. Both of us cracked up hard when we saw that.

I can't wait for the full multiplayer. I want to see what other guns there are, what other factions to fight. I notice some blank space in the character select screen on the right, so I think they left themselves room to add in more species. Maybe Geth? Oh please let me have a geth infiltrator or engineer =D

I just hope the Asari vanguard looks different than the asari adept. The salerian and quarian look the same in both classes, but the engineer and infiltrator share the same armor anyway. Hopefully the asari vangaurd will have some armor on.

The only reason I doubt they will include Geth is because Geth are a faction you can fight and that may cause some confusion. I really can't wait to fight the Geth again! XO

I hope they include playable Batarians eventually.

Apparently, because the multiplayer was a beta build, our progress won't be carried on to the complete version, which kind of sucks, since I unlocked a Quarian engineer after many hours of trying.

I actually really enjoyed it when I was expecting to hate it. I'm looking forward to the full version.
I was lucky enough to get the Quarian Engineer in my starter pack. Played it a huge amount; loved it. Then realized I'd not be that lucky in the full release ... Sad panda. Would be awesome if the full game had a "Pay a lot, select an unlock" as well as the random packs.

I unlocked the Krogan Soldier, which is pretty cool too - Is it just me, or are the aliens way more fun than the humans?

I really enjoyed the MP for Mass Effect 3, much more than I expected to. I believe they made the right call in keeping it Co-op focused.

As for Stories and interesting things...

I picked it up the day after and joined in with a friend of mine, the first round I played we straight up two-manned Bronze without a problem and we were left feeling pretty awesome. The team work that's required to actually do well, consistently is surprising. After that we picked up a four man team and ran silver pretty often. I've been running a Quarian enginner for the most part and am LOVING Cryo-blast. Running with just the Phalanx pistol makes my recharge time 200% so I can fire Cryo-blasts at the same rate a mattock rifle fires. It's surprisingly helpful, allowing me to freeze up enemies so we have time to deal with a Phantom or Atlas before turning our attention to the standard soldiers.

I'm currently running somewhere 'round N7 Level 86, if I recall - I've sank a lot of time into the demo and am honestly looking forward to playing the full release.

True, but keep in mind, it's only like a tiny portion of the geth who began worshiping the reapers. The vast majority of them, the geth who sent out Legion, just let them go on their way and stayed out of things for a while. Most of the geth hate the heretics and the reapers for the things they've done. More than enough reason to join the fight against them, since the reapers would destroy or enslave them like anyone else. I don't think having a geth on your team would be any more confusing than all those humans running around in white armor while we're fighting Cerberus.

I mean, humans already all look the same anyway O:

I'm actually curious how the heretic geth are even around at all, since you either killed or reprogrammed them all in ME2.

I dunno, was never a fan of the batarians. They definately are an option though. If the geth are engineers and infiltrators, I could see batarians being soldiers and sentinels. Maybe add in a third race to be a new adept and vanguard and I think things would be fine =D

Most memorable moment? when I made my soldier just have a pistol, and never fire it, and realise that spamming grenades and concussion shot is viable. 1 second cooldown CS's which do double damage after the first shot ftw. That weight system is amazing, it allows so many ways of playing the game. Getting killstreaks with grenades is always satisfying too.

The only things I don't like are how close my character is to the screen, how they added roll and revive to the clusterfuck of things spacebar already did, and how you can't assassinate someone on the ground, so I just have to stand there awkwardly waiting for the enemy to get up so I can punch them in the face. Other than that, stellar.

If it lets you be half as badass as Blasto, then a hanar soldier would be amazing =D

Fixed the link format for you. And I would pay to be a Hanar if it were based on blasto.

I do hope they bugfix the hell out of multiplayer though. Almost every game (sepecially on Silver or Gold) we run into to some super bugged stuff. Damage seems very inconsistent on higher difficulties especially in regards to Phantoms.
I only rarely ran into a few bugs. The only major ones were clipping bugs.

I have noticed the inconsistent damage though. I know Phantoms can "deflect" attacks with their hands, but even attacks obviously hit them don't really add up.

When my asari friend puts one in a stasis, and I hit them with my turian sentinel warp attack, I sometimes blast the utter hell out of them and knock off their barriers plus some health with one biotic explosion.

But sometimes, I hit them with a warp whilst stasis'd and it'll barely do any damage to their barriers at all.

I've been playing as a Quarian, engineer obviously, since that's what I got in my starter pack. The one-two punch of cryo blast then incinerate is bloody awesome. It was only until I got to level 20 with that character I started using a Salarian. All the powers that character has are always fun to use. Except energy drain. It isn't really a power I'm going to use so I haven't spent any points on it.

Very nice. I've been trying to get an Asari Vanguard but so far, no luck.
I hate to inform you that, in the demo, each alien race only has one class for it.

Asari can only be adepts
Drells can only be vanguards
Krogans can only be soldiers
Quarians can only be engineers
Salarians can only be infiltrators
Turians can only be sentinels

If you've only been wanting to get the Asari vanguard you were hoping to get something you can't. =/

I recently found that Stasis->Throwthrowthrowthrow is a safe way to ensure a kill... usually. The idea is that throw can detonate a stasis (albeit with less damage) and if it doesn't kill the Phantom, due to the short cooldown on Throw, you can just keep spamming it until it dies helplessly on the ground or flying off the map.

Hmm...have a lot of characters now, actually. My favourite is the Krogan soldier and Quarian engineer, though I think my Salarian infiltrator is the most useful, he pulled an entire team through two silver games nearly on my own. (to be fair, one was level 4 and the other seemed to think charging out on your own was a great idea...) Really, tactical cloak allowing one power to be used while cloaked and a powerful energy drain is...monstrous. :-D

I did have a fun game a while ago with my human soldier though. Entered a game already underway where a single Asari adept was taking on a silver game. We got to wave 8 on that one, I think, then died at wave 6 at the other. Even so it was really fun, we were desperately trying to reach objectives, revive each other and use our abilities in tandem to keep the enemy pinned down. Sometimes I died, sometimes she died, and the other had to slug it out on their own, but it worked for quite some time...was fun. :-D

(Oh and the fact that I managed to use the Revenant effectively was really nice, got worried about it during my first few tries, it's all about tapping the firing button, really.)

I was rank 46 before all my data got erased somehow, but I had a really good match with my level 20 Quarian Engineer. It was a Silver difficulty mission and we were on the extraction round, we were sort of cowering behind the cover there and we were competely surrounded by two Atlas, a Phantom, and an unknown number of other enemies when we all went down right after another. At about 10 seconds left, I used my lest medigel, launched a missile at one of the Atlas which luckily killed a TON of enemies with the collateral explosion and I was able to revive everyone and finish with a full extraction. I felt pretty clutch after that, and all those guys added my to their friends list on Xbox Live after.

I think I'm around N7 rank 75 about now, with my Vanguard, Engineer, and Adept all pretty up there. Used the Vanguard 'cause they're fun as hell, and used the others because they're the only two aliens I've got (started with Quarian, got my Asari around N7 rank 50 or something, took forever).

There's lots of fun moments. My first game glitched hilariously, so that no enemies showed up - I just took damage and had to try and shoot at where my allies' bullets were going. Using my Vanguard to take down an Atlas with Charge+Nova is fun, although anti-climactic if he picks you up and crushes you. And the Viper... damn, that thing is nice, and it no-scope fairly well, not to mention how it works in tandem with Asari.

I just want it to be March 6. Now. Dammit.

The first time I performed a grab over cover made me cackle with glee... also managed to get two Atlases (Atli?) with one rocket, which was nice

He probably maxed out the damage of his warp skill.

I have liked the multiplayer a lot, however have found a lot of little exploits that make the game more managable.

The spawning of enemies can be controlled in any map by placing people in the correct places facing at the correct orientation.

Vanguards seem to suffer from a lot of glitches.

I found that Gold was very challenging with the AI actually trying to flank you most of the time, but I dislike how they will gain SUPER SPEED MOVEMENT the minute you arent looking at them and get too far away. I encountered this a lot while playing as infiltrator and running away when all my team mates had died.

but overall the Experience has been great, met a lot of awesome people, shame about the wipe though, but I guess that is the only fair solution.

I'm enjoying my lvl. 20 Salarian Infiltrator, equipped with just a widow. Me and my friends play privately, with an Infiltrator, Vanguard, Asari Adept and a Sentinel, and we can now get full extraction on gold with little difficulty.

I love my team.

I agree that Vanguards definitely suffer the most bugs. One time my friend died after a biotic charge and after the next wave started we could not interact with him (revive and stuff) and he was constantly blinking up and down from street level to the sky. On his screen he claimed everything looked right. When one of us would die and watch his screen it was all bugged out and showed him running around in the sky interacting with things on the ground. Shit was fucked up.
