Alright, so you might've heard a few months ago that a man was naked in his own home (which is apparently considered indecent) [http://www.kansascity.com/2010/04/07/1863252/va-man-acquitted-of-flashing-passers.html](I'll get the link later)

Anyways, this stupid case went to court, and the man is not guilty! [http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36239042/ns/us_news-weird_news/?GT1=43001]

Glad to see the justice system thought reasonably for once.

Thoughts?

Exactly, which is why many people believed it was stupid.

Nevertheless, it went to court, and apparently, the man is NOT GUILTY for not doing anything wrong.

Wow, who could've figured?

What has humanity come to? Something wrong when you get taken to court because a spying neighbor sees you naked in your OWN DAMN HOUSE!

+1 faith in humanity. Glad he's been let off.

Good on him I say. If a man cannot wander around naked within his own home, then what is the world coming to?

Huzzah! Our justice system isn't (that) terrible!

But its good to see that everything turned out alright in the end.

Anyway, i hope the prosecutors get what they deserve. That case shouldn't have gotten into court in the first place.

And I will destroy that score with a counter statement: a museum of the Confederacy that makes no mention of slavery.

OT: Glad to see some common sense still lies in any of the courts other than the Supreme.

Well, at least there is some justice in the world...

Moral of the story, don't go cutting through people's yards with a kid at 7 in the damn morning.

That, and if you are naked. Cover the damn windows.

Good. This didn't need to go anywhere at all. It's good to hear justice was served.

This reminds me of a story I heard on a radio show about a guy who was having sex with a bicycle (don't ask) and the maid or whoever came into his apartment without him giving her permission and he was arrested for it.

Not if it's a woman that makes the complaint man.

But glad to see that he's innocent

Common sense prevails!

Right I'll be putting that phrase away for a couple of years now until it can be used again.

Alright a case in which the people who purposely look for things to complain about don't win. My liking of people has gone up slightly

I bet the judge had a lot of fun with this one...

Judge: I find the defendant guilty...

Naked Man: *GASP!*

Judge: ...of being a nudist! No, but seriously, why am I even hearing this case? You (points to woman) shouldn't have been in his yard in the first place. And whose kid is that?!
