+1 faith in humanity.
And I will destroy that score with a counter statement: a museum of the Confederacy that makes no mention of slavery.

OT: Glad to see some common sense still lies in any of the courts other than the Supreme.
Ahh well that just pissed on my bonfire. Thats probably at least a -3 faith in humanity. Where is this place anyways?
Fuck if I know. I just heard it mentioned briefly on CNN during their 24 hour coverage of that mining accident.

Ah, it's probably best if they don't mention it's location. I can imagine some people wouldn't be too happy about it :p

What is this world coming to when someone can't be naked in their own house...why were the women by his window in the first place..peeping toms?

This is good to hear :)
He has the right to be naked in his own home - they were the ones invading his privacy!

Though it does make me think - would they have acted the same if he was female? I mean, it does seem like if someone spies on a woman it's perverted, but on a man he's an exhibitionist.

Still disapointed that it took him thousands of dollars and months of court dates to get him proven not guilty.

I love where I live. I can literally run down the road naked (with shoes, the road hasn't been paved in ten years) and no one would be the wiser.

Wow this was in Fairfax? I wonder if this set a precedent, cuz now I can open all my doors and windows and let the bird out.

I said it when I heard about this months ago, and I'm saying it again now. The woman was in the wrong all along. If I recall correctly, she was trespassing on his property, in the early hours of the morning, with a child of around 5 years old. She had to be on his property in order to see it anyway, according to the possible view of where the naked dude was.

So, questions remain. Why was she on his property anyway? Apparently she was using it as a shortcut, which is still trespass. Why was she on a walk in the early hours of the morning, like 3am or something? And why was there a kid with her? And why did she look into the house anyway?

If I was the naked dude, I would now be preparing to file a lawsuit against her for trespass, invasion of privacy, harassment, libel, and anything else I could think of and feasibly work into said lawsuit. And she'd deserve to get her ass handed to her on a plate, too :).

So I was sitting at home smoking a cigarette while poking myself in the eye and reading a chemistry book.

I am in jail for endangering the lives of passing pedestrians, assaulting myself, and acquiring knowledge that might later allow me to blow up the planet.
