Ummmmm. I can never remember films, no matter how good they are... Shaun of the Dead would be one, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure would be another for pure nostalgias sake.

Pulp Fiction just because it's a classic and that is about the extent of my memory.

Now anime on the other hand. I could list loads of them just off the top of my head. No idea why that doesn't bounce over to films as well.

Thats hard, but I'd go with,

5. Scott Pilgrim vs The World
4. Saving Private Ryan
3. Spirited Away
2. Heartbreak Ridge
1. Patton

Honorable Mention: Full Metal Jacket, the first half is better then anything except Patton, but the second half is average.

Captcha: bond, james bond
I think not my good sir.

Nothing fancy and in no particular order:

-Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark
-Die Hard
-Blues Brothers
-Ghostbusters
-Aliens/Jurassic Park

Couldn't decide on that last one so I declare them a tie. I can think of plenty of more obscure and nerdy movies I love as well, but these are the ones I've re-watched countless times and continue to enjoy each and every time so it would be dishonest to put anything else.

A list that is constant flux, at this one fixed point in time it looks something like:

-Casablanca
-Annie Hall
-Big Trouble in Little China
-Withnail and I
-Night of the Hunter

Ask again in an hour and it will be different, I already feel bad that Blade Runner, The Third Man, Miller's Crossing, Kelly's Heroes, and Once Upon a Time in the West aren't in that list.

EDIT two minutes later: Two Lane Blacktop? Goodbye Pork Pie? Hellboy? Branded to Kill? The Wrath of Khan? Dead Man? Arrrrrgh! Too many favorites.

I had more movies that I wanted to put on here, but I didn't want to be a single genre list so I went with my all-time favorites (and a new addition):

1. The Avengers (2012)
2. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
3. Jurassic Park (1993)
4. Big Daddy (1999)
5. The Jungle Book (1967)

Edit: The Pretentious hipster bit is because I have been called that when I mention that Drive is my all time favorite movie.

I tend to assign film to tiers rather than place them in any strict order based on enjoyment. Star Wars, The Matrix, Ratatouille, Pulp Fiction, and The Incredibles are among the first five to come to mind.

That's an interesting list you have telocaster, all these 2000 movies and suddenly a 60s.

Looking through all the lists, I like 99% of the movies in them, well done you lot.

As for me, I have no order.

Fantasia
2001: A Space Odyssey
Poltergeist
Saving Private Ryan
Raiders Of The Lost Arc
